Great quality and great service got my sign on time. Very happy customer.

Ordered a sign for 1st day of preschool. It took 3 weeks to arrive as they originally lost the order. When it arrived it had the wrong month, wrong date and wrong year on it. Was told i would get a refund and they will not answer the phone or reply to my emails.

A very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. Their website states that signs are completed within 7 working days at most, but my order took 15 working days to arrive.

What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. I sent repeated emails and received no response, phone calls were also ignored. There was no meaningful update or explanation for the delay.

By the time the sign finally arrived, it was too late for the purpose I had ordered it for, which made the whole purchase pointless.

Delays can happen, but when a company advertises a specific turnaround time, I expect them to meet it—or at the very least communicate if there’s going to be a delay. Unfortunately, neither happened here.

Ordered a sign for my daughters first day of school on the 4th of August. I had to send emails asking where it was. Didn't hear anything for about a week when I remembered there was a phone number on a previous email. I rang several times - no answer. I sent another email and then got a reply saying it would be dropped off that evening.
It was dropped off but no packaging or anything. Very disappointing. I tried to speak to whoever was dropping it off and they literally handed me the sign and bolted.

Great service and speedy delivery

Sign is great quality and i love it! Only con is it took 3 weeks to deliver, from what I could see I should have had it in a week so just incase you need it sooner rather than later just be aware it could take a while
Love the sign over all though cannot wait to use it the weekend for my girls christening!

Honestly the best place you could ever buy from! Very quick delivery and the signs themselves are so professionally done and look really well for Whichever occasion. I bought a sign for my daughter’s christening and got so many lovely compliments on the sign. Will definitely purchase more in future for occasions coming up. Quality was amazing and customer service is great if any queries or problems!

Their communication about the product and the attention to detail was just excellent.

I ordered an Instagram sign for my daughter's 21st birthday and it was fabulous and a huge novelty for her celebrations.

I ordered the number plates on 13th of June and it is now the 9th of July and I still have not got them. Would not recommend

I’ve emailed texted on WhatsApp and called and still no reply saying my order was unsuccessful yet the money was taken from my bank account I need it for next week

I had ordered two signs for my sister wedding and when the parcel I was very disappointed and when I had ordered I put it in quality 2 and give me one I would like them to read the order before they sent it

Ordered way in advance for my sons confirmation , didn’t receive it still just over a week before, I was told it wasn’t sent, I accepted the excuse as these things happen, I was told it would be sent the next day and I would have a tracking number, the whole week leading up to the confirmation I emailed for the tracking number I had no reply , till the day before where she said I should have received it, I received it and it said communion instead of confirmation!! Then afterwards it was a chase for a reply to get a refund, got one eventually, in this time of the lead up and after I sent emails, called the phone number sent WhatsApp’s, ect. Communication is horrific

Excellent quality, arrived in time.

We had a welcome board made for our Granddaughters First Holy Communion and we couldn't be happier with it. There was a good selection to choose from and unlike other sites I tried there is also a selection of sizes which meant we got there perfect one. The quality and clarity of the sign is excellent and the service and delivery prompt. I would highly recommend Big Day Signs for any event.
