Decent product. Pricey but not too bad. The spiced cherry smells amazing.

I’ve been using the oil, shampoo and fluff as directed and they’ve not only improved how my beard looks and feels, but have moisturised the skin underneath eliminating any dryness and beard dandruff. The beard brush not only helps with grooming, it really helps to spread the products from root to tip.

I’d definitely recommend giving them a go.

Excellent service, quick delivery and the products smell amazing

Used TrustPilot to guide my purchase with mentions of quick delivery - I have yet to receive my product 6 days from ordering. However, Shop app showing product as being order placed and not yet dispatched.

The products I ordered are on the Bigfoot Beard company website as being in stock and quick delivery. As my order was placed after 2pm on a Friday, the website states that this would be dispatched on the Monday. I’ve had no notification regarding this.

Email sent this morning not replied too.

Overall, non-existent communications regarding delivery times or even acknowledging the order.

Edit: I did receive a reply to my email informing me of supplier issues and a apology. Parcel was dispatched next day upgraded to a 24-hour delivery arriving 1-week and 1 Day after order. For this I will give a 3 star review as the products have so far been great but the communication and delayed delivery let it down.

I have been using Bigfoot beard care items for the last 2 months now and love them.
I have used many other products on line and also shops. But I have found them lacklustre, especially when some of the perfume and smell deteriorated over a month or so.

I have found that my beard has definitely felt softer and smells amazing. I have purchased their butter, balm and conditioner as well as the fluff cream to keep my beard from fly away hairs.

I can recommend this company for the top quality beard items and also hand made as well.

The bottle arrived it had leaked. alot of the oil was in the box .I emailed to tell you .but got no reply .very unsatisfied.

Website is easy to use,different product category and overall browsing of the site is really good,products are amazing the oil is not to greasy like some others i have used,the balm is good not to sticky or stiff,beard fluff is amazing really like this product i have a few different scents of this which brings me on to the quality of the scents which are brilliant and long lasting but not to overpowering,also and most importantly the comments people make about my beard and how good it looks,love the graphics on the products to keep up the great work
