Had a terrible experience with these guys.

Ordered a part then realised they didn't keep it in stock so called up to cancel. After finally getting through I was told the order would be cancelled. Also emailed to ensure there was a trail showing I wanted to cancel, they responded saying they would.

That was the last time I got through them then by phone or email, they just stopped responding and never answered the phone.

They ended up sending the part anyway, emails/phone calls ignored when I inquired why it had been send.

When I finally received the part I filled out a return form. No email acknowledgement.

Part returned by royal mail tracked so I know they received it. Wouldn't answer emails related to the return.

Opened a PayPal case, they didn't respond to that either! PayPal did refund me though after a few weeks.

Steer well clear if these guys, about the worst customer service possible.

As another poster mentioned they have a feedback system on their site, entirely owned by them showing only 4&5 star reviews, what a joke.

If you want to see what their service is like call them up before ordering... And if you really want to speak to someone select the option for the workshop rather than parts, occasionally someone answers.

When checked with a reliable company they could get the item next day. Not 3 weeks with no reply.

Doesn’t answer phone or emails.

I have used this company in the past and had no problems however when I made my last an order with them back on the 7th June over a month went by with no items arriving and no communication from them, I tried emailing and telephoning them multiple times with no result.
In the end good old PayPal resolution center refunded my money.
DO NOT USE BIKE-PARTS-HONDA THEY ARE A SCAM!

Same experience as other users, they've taken my money and not sent parts, they don't respond to emails nor do they answer their phone. Avoid.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT USE!! Dreadful company!! 4 weeks after ordering parts and nothing arrived, contacted through their "Contact Us" forms, no response. Extremely difficult to get through to on the phone, order not even ordered from Honda so cancelled my order. Multiple phone calls later and still no refund, says it'll take another 3 weeks, feels like a scam. Part ordered 31st May. Contacted multiple times in June, at the end of the month requested refund and now near the end of July and still nothing. Dreadful!!

Terrible service. I ordered a part on the 20th April 2020. They failed to answer emails properly and when they do nothing happens. I cancelled this order on the 29th May 2020 after weeks of waiting. Then suddenly I get a modified PayPal receipt on the 1st June 2020 claiming its been sent. Still nothing so I opened up a PayPal claim to cover. On the 15th June 2020 Bike Parts-Honda email asking if I still want a refund as it was on order and now they claim Honda's systems were hacked which I doubt. I replied on the 15th June 2020, confirming that I want the refund on as I bought the part elsewhere. They mailed on the 16th June 2020 to say they'll refund the part asap once the accounts department sorts it. Now on the 24th June the the part arrives with a dispatch date of the 23rd June 2020 on the label and not the 1st June 2020 as originally claimed. So despite all the emails and cancellation requests, they still did what they like. They are terrible company and i'm not happy. Looks like i'll probably have to pay to return it!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and was never contacted about delays, or when its expected to dispatch. Tried calling the shop for weeks and they had an excuse to hang up every time and repeatedly made false promises to call me back but never did. After finally getting through to them today I found out they still don't have the parts I ordered and I should probably expect it to dispatch next week which is laughable tbh.

Sent wrong parts and not answering emails. Wouldn't use again

Made my order 20.4.2020, as of 26.5.2020 parts still not sent.

Same experience as the other reviewers here. I ordered parts, they haven't arrived, and the company isn't responding to e-mails. Total scam. Avoid.

Same issue as others. Said they had sent parts. Have not arrived. Appears to be a scam website. Don’t order!

My first order with bike-parts-honda was through Doble Motorcycle and I’ve had really nice transaction with them. Very organized, now, it’s through Chelsea and it’s ef’ed up! They said my stuff has been sent but it’s been 3 weeks and couldn’t provide a tracking number. I’m beginning to think i was scammed.

Purchased a part for my Honda shadow through the website. nearly two weeks ago and shipping has not been updated. I have attempted to make contact with the store via email several times with no response. I have also contacted via paypal messaging system again with no response at all from seller.

DO NOT BUY from this company as they will just take your money and not send the item. hell, even the "reviews" on their webpage is run by them solely for use of their branch of websites: trust-certification.com as as you can see the reviews left have been checked before allowing them to become visable.

Avoid at all costs.

Paypal dispute is now open.
