Great communication and customer service!

I was looking for a set of Kineo rims for my Yamaha YZF R6, but couldn't find them on their website so i reached out to them. They rapidly responded that it was possible so i didn't wait long to make an order.

Throughout the whole proces, they were very informative and i felt in good hands.

I will definitely order from Bikehps again when i'm gonna need spare parts for my wheels.

Bought a screen which was sent out really quickly. There was a small mark on the screen (from manufacturer not bikehps fault at all). Spoke to Pete who was super helpful and we got it sorted. Would definitely buy from them again.

Recommend HPS. 5/5. I was loosely considering a pair of forged alloy wheels for the Hayabusa Gen 1 I have, Dymag, OZ, or Marcheshini, and unable to find used, called HPS, the distributor I believe, to get a price on a pair of UPX7 Dymags.. The call handler was professional, polite, & informed and was reassuring. He'd had personal and wide ranging experience of Dymags, and had installed a pair personally on a Hayabusa and test ridden afterwards. I went ahead and purchased new UPX7s.

This was Autumn 2024, and there's a lead time for order fulfilment, and I have only just had the wheels installed this week... The heavy Hayabusa is now a great cornerer, whereas before small roundabouts and tight bends were problematical. The bike is lighter to maneuver, put on paddock stands etc, & acceleration is even better. I recommend HPS, & Dymag wheels. Don't be put off by the comparatively high cost of Dymag wheels, your bike will be transformed completely in wheel performance and aesthetics. Thanks HPS...

My screen was not in stock but I was quickly informed by Anne that it would be in stock next week and that it would be dispatched on a 24hr delivery. It is always good to be informed of any disruptions and communication is a sign of a good well run company. Thank you, it's good to do business with you.

Superb prompt, courteous,, thorough, engaging, professional and knowledgeable – and that’s only a start!-
I needed it quite urgently to source a couple of very small and almost undescribable washes clips and grommets for the MRA screen on my BMW R1250 R motorsport.

Peter at Bike HPS took my call with an extremely pleasant and reassuring manner and within a couple of minutes was off down into the bowels of his organisation to search for these little parts that I needed.
He came back to me within less than 10 minutes to explain they had what I needed!
He felt he had to apologise for the £4.80 standard postage charge for first class, (which I found extremely reasonable) but then proceeded to round the total payable bill to £5 only! This was not necessary as I would’ve paid significantly more to have my problem solved.
In line with the services of an excellent company - my parts arrived the very next morning and quarter an hour later everything was installed. - an extremely happy bunny!
Cannot thank Peter enough nor recommend HPS too highly!

I Was looking for a replacement screen with deflector for a new BMW F900GS adventure as I am 6’4 and needed something to lift the airflow a bit higher but it was hard to find anything online. There were listings for 850 but none yet for the newer 900. Communication from Matthew at bikeHPS was excellent, he looked at the parts fiche and worked out that the latest 850 bracket sizes are the same size as the 900 so I ordered an 850 MRA screen with deflector which is perfect for my needs. I know only get slight buffeting around the helmet at motorway + speeds. Many thanks Matthew

Have ordered from HPS for years . I am always kept up to date with deliveries & my products have always arrived packed perfectly.
My most recent order , Quickshifter / Blipper challenged me when it came to installing . HPS ( in particular Giles) didn’t falter in their support , making direct contact on my behalf with the manufacturer. Finally, I was even emailed a diagram to facilitate install .
In short, the after sales service at HPS is fantastic .
They continue to be my first choice in parts for my track and road bikes.

I recently purchased MRA FZS1000 FAZER 01-05 VARIO-TOURING SCREEN GREY .
Pete at HBS was extremely helpful.
After fitting screen I found trim strip supplied to be a little short. I contacted Pete and the next day received replacement.
Fantastic customer service , very impressed. Item supplied was of good quality. Item was not in stock when ordered and had to be obtained from Germany. I still received goods after around a week.

Just returned to motor biking at 76 after a break of 16 years. I have a Honda CBF 600n. Having ridden it for a couple of hundred miles I realised I needed a bit of screen protection. Made contact with HPS and couldn’t believe the high level of service. I actually got to speak to a real person who new what he was talking about. He talk me through all the options and emailed recommendations to me. Made my mind up what to go for, an MAR vario. Order it on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday. Went out for a ride today and it feels like a different bike. Much easier to ride at higher speed and when I got caught in a bit of the wet stuff gave good protection and seemed to help rain droplets to blow off to the side. Very pleased with my dealing with this excellent company.

From the advert in the MCN to the call where Matthew Wilson was able to advise and confirm the best product for my motorcycle, take my order, dispatch it the same afternoon to it arriving, fitted and tested all in 3 days - brilliant, high quality product, well made, easy to assemble and install and it did exactly what HPS said it would. In this day and age - priceless!

I smashed my screen on my versys when stacking timber, I had just bought her. I went straight online and was rather shocked at some prices and delivery schedule. In my search I found bikehps.com and their promises and price where rather too good to be true but I was desperate and ordered. Not only, did they surpass their promises but the part arrived earlier than expected. It was perfect, the shape was better than the images showed. Excellent instructions and they threw in a catalogue with nice wheels on sale. I could not recommend this company any more than ' you can't go wrong when ordering from BikeHPS '. Anne's emails kept you informed all the way and I will be using them in the future

I waited over 4 months for a wheel, given bogus assurances that "it will be here in 2 weeks" a dozen times. Even blamed the war in Ukraine!!
