Bike shed is a great company. The bike arrived and on my first ride it developed a rear brake fault. Despite me having to dispose of the box due to the size bike shed offered me a solution. They directed me to the local specialized dealer and said they would cover the cost. This was a great solution for me as I couldn't easily get the bike back to them. I really appreciated all the contact throughout and would definitely recommend bike shed to anyone else.

Really helpful person helped me when I first rang up on a Monday afternoon, who directed me to the website, where I was able to find what I was looking for. It was despatched quickly and I had my shorts by the end of the week.

Great experience. My 12 year old daughter just purchased her first trail bike from Bikeshed Barnstable. Lance was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of bike selection, helmet, lights etc. She is thrilled. Highly recommended.

Had such a seamless experience with The Bike Shed when buying my Brompton! The staff were super helpful and provided detailed expert advice. I hadn't heard of them before living in London, but was put completely at ease when speaking with them on the phone and they took care in ensuring everything was followed up promptly. They arranged a price match and shipped the bike to my address with no issues. Would 100% recommend and always great to support local businesses vs buying from a large high st chain!

We ordered a bike for my wife from the outer town store, the staff were helpful and helped her choose. There was a part that needed replacing when the bike arrived from Giant, the shop sorted it for us and even brought it to our local shop in Barnstaple.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

This company sold my bike, effectively stealing my property.

I took in for a repair and returned to pay for the repair when they called. However, I could not fit it into my car and had planned to return to collect in our other car (an estate), I have a recognised memory problem and under the hospital. I had forgotten about it, although they never attempted to vontact me to collect. When I looked for my bike in our annex where I had normally kept the bike, it wasn't there and remembered I had took it into The Bike Shed in Crediton. When I returned for the bike they couldn't find any record of my bike and I was advised someone would call me. Someone did call within a few days to inform me they had sold my bike a few days ago. I contacted Which legal team who had stated they had broken many laws.

Although it would be a long process to try and recover the costs back from them. They are immoral!
