Canvas is nice but the print quality of everything else was not that good
I ordered 3 room dividers and a canvas which were all around £100 each. The canvas turned out nice but the resolution on the room dividers was not good. The picture quality is quite poor. From my experience I wouldn't recommend getting prints from this place if you want absolute quality.

HIDDEN EXTRA TAXES AND FEES
Not received the screen yet but you need to be aware of the hidden costs you have to pay in the UK. They state this is clearly visible on their website. If this were so, I would not have made such an observation.
They blame Brexit, which occurred almost 5 years ago, which has been more than enough time to adjust their product costs accordingly (which appear in sterling).
UPS are charging me an extra 34% of the original costs (fees and taxes), which in my case is an extra £52.42.
I have now received the order (almost 4 weeks). The screens were in a damaged parcel—hardly surprising as it has gone from Poland-Germany-Poland-Germany-UK (with UPS). Bimago have refunded the cost of the product, thank you. Given the other ONE STARS complaint on here, they have had similar issues before—one for their customer service team to resolve.
I have upgraded my original review from ONE STAR to THREE, simply because the actual product is beautiful. If you're prepared to take the risk, pay extra charges for the delivery and wait, the quality of their screens is lovely and I would certainly consider purchasing from them again. If there hadn't been all the previous palaver, I would have given them FIVE STARS without a second thought.

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government. We are sorry.
The info about custom duties is also displayed on our website ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment) It says that "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."

Top class service and product.
I ordered a framed galaxy print. It arrived in a somewhat battered box (via FedEx courier) but after opening it I was very pleased with the careful internal packaging which meant the entire contents were in pristine condition.
I am delighted with the print especially as it is a gift to friend. Bimago's service was excellent and is where I would seek similar prints if required.

Bold patterns, looks good.
Ups delivery was delayed many times, but there was always communication and my screen finally arrived, so it was 4 weeks, not 5-7 business days for UK delivery. It's lightweight and beautifully bold. Very happy with the product.
There are gaps between each board. Size as advertised. I opted for single sided 5 folds.

I really think the products are…
I really think the products are beautiful however no where does it tell you that you will pay a lot of money towards shipping mines cost £342 not acceptable. I was not informed of this charge being so high.

In the terms of the bimago.co.uk online store ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/sales-terms/user-agreement ) in paragraph 6 point 6 you do have information: "In case of a foreign dispatch to a country which does not belong to the EU, the recipient undertakes to bear all customs duties valid in the given country, including customs control fees."
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we also inform: "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."
Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about the fees, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.
