We adhere to strict policies of data protection and we don't send text messages to members unless they have specifically opted in to receive them. If you're not a member of BingoPort, we don't have your details, so we certainly wouldn't have sent you a message.
We believe you have received a text from a non-related 3rd party (who you must have provided your details to) and they have contacted you as per your agreement with them. If you don't wish to receive their messages (whether they be promoting BingoPort, or anyone else for that matter) you need to unsubscribe from their service and should you wish to submit a complaint, it should also be to them, as we have no access or control over your data or how it is used.

A fantastic casino cashback site
I've been on bingoport for around 4 months now, and I can genuinely say this is the best gambling cashback site i've used. They offer generous payouts for deposits on a large variety of casinos and bingo sites, and you're not having to wait months for payouts unlike bigger cashback sites such as Topcashback and Quidco.
The cashback is given in the form of bingoport points, which can be used to redeem physical items and digital items such as paypal and Amazon gift cards. It's very similar to swagbucks with their swagpoint system.
Should you have any issues such as a missing cashback claim, their email support respond swiftly and if you've completed the offer correctly, they'll manually apply the points to your account. I've never had to wait more than a week for a manual claim, a huge improvement to other sites which can take up to 6 months for a claim to credit.
Rewards i've claimed have always been paid on time with no problems.
Thanks for the great service. It's a good incentive if you want to play on quality casinos with less risk involved.

You're more than welcome, Whenilia. Sometimes you can get lucky and receive your voucher very quickly. We do advise that you allow 7 days, but it all depends on when you choose to redeem. We normally fulfil voucher redemptions on Mondays, so if you get your redemptions in on the weekend, there's a good chance you won't have to wait too long.
