This is my second time using Birthday Express and had another great experience. The decorations were high quality and at a really great price. Shipping was also faster than expected. Highly recommend!

I didn’t receive my whole order and no one ever responded to my messages.

I ordered Hello Kitty plates for my daughter's birthday but was sent some random silverware. Obviously the order was completely incorrect. I tried contacting Birthday Express through there website but they did not respond.

I ordered 14 key chains and I was missing 6 I e- mailed your company the same sad November 27 and I never received a respond.

I’ve contacted the company 3 times with a problem with my order and received no response. The utensils I ordered are 2 different colors. The lollipops I ordered are the wrong ones. I wish someone would send me what I ordered.

Everything is reasonably priced and arrived quick. The only negative is that I ordered 2 packs of 20 napkins each and received 2 packs of 16 napkins each. This may be an issue depending on how many people show up to the party. But overall I am satisfied and would buy from them again.

We didn’t receive everything we ordered. I’ve reached out via their portal on their website multiple times and have not heard anything back. So at this point I assume I won’t get my whole order.

I ordered from this website and they did not send me some of the things on my list. I attempted numerous times to email them about the issue and they have never gotten back to me. They also do not have a number you can reach them at. Very poor customer communication. I will never order from them again.

Fast shipping and great products and prices

The vinyl decals for my grandsons room were exceptional and greatly exceeded my expectations. The quality was wonderful with the thickness of the vinyl and the color. I could not have been more pleased and would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends.

Sent wrong item. I sent 3 emails with no response

I was shipped the wrong item twice. It took 5 days and through 2 escalation vehicles for someone to respond. Then they apologized and sent the replacement back out and I received them same wrong item again. The description ha ha and when I ordered is 100% correct. What is being shipped is not. Super furious. I have not received a response since Monday on the wrong item. It’s Thursday.
