From the first point of contact with Blank Canvas through tailoring and booking our honeymoon in Bali to assistance while we were away and even answering questions I had after we had returned Jack has been a consummate professional.

When a few small issue cropped up early on they were addressed with care and compassion and rectified to (and beyond) our satisfaction as quickly as as possible.

The local guide (Duna) picked out by Blank Canvas was excellent and deserves a review of his own. The activities suggested and booked by Jack were all fantastic and all transfers to and from the various hotels/airport/places of interest were spot on, even when we changed things at short notice part way through the trip!

Overall we had a fantastic time in great part due to using Blank Canvas to arrange this trip and so i would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone!

Just back today from an amazing holiday in South Korea. Itinerary was great, transfers where 100% on time (if not early), hotels where spot on. Overall amazing!

Blank canvas was brilliant from the beginning. In planning our trip (we wanted to go away for our honeymoon) to Japan, Thailand and Dubai. Blank canvas sorted everything- the flights, transfers and hotels- everything ran so smoothly. The transfers to and from airports or hotels were such a great service and the hotels were all fantastic. They even gave us ideas of things to do and places to visit whilst in certain countries and have a brilliant app with everything on whilst you’re away and to document your photography.

Communicate from Blank Cavas was always so quick and such a friendly response, we honestly can’t Thank-you guys (especially Jack and Charlie) enough for everything in planning our trip. It will truly be something we’ll remember forever!

Unfortunately at the end of our trip with everything that happened in the Middle East we couldn’t get home on our planned departure from Dubai. But again Blank Canvas did everything they possibly could to get us out! They helped with some additional expenses and wouldn’t stop until they found us a flight out of Dubai even if that meant flying to a different country first before making it home. We managed to get home 6 days later which was incredible as so many people have been stuck in Dubai and many places for much longer.

An absolute brilliant travel company and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a personalised trip to anywhere in the world.

We had the most amazing experience booking our Thailand trip with Blank Canvas Travel. Jack created a completely personalised itinerary for us and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations.

Every hotel he selected was fantastic, and the whole trip was organised so smoothly. All of our transfers between locations were arranged for us, which made travelling around Thailand completely stress-free.

The app was also incredibly helpful as it contained all the information we needed throughout the trip, from travel details to plans for each stop. Jack was always very responsive whenever we had a question, which gave us real peace of mind while travelling.

Our Thailand trip was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be asking Jack to help plan our future travels and would highly recommend Blank Canvas Travel to anyone looking for a personalised, well-organised trip.

This was the second time I had asked Jack for a trip to be made and he made it bespoke and remembered what I wanted to do each time. Responses were very fast and he made such a lovely trip! We didn’t book due to personal reasons but it was incredible customer service throughout! Itinerary was very detailed and lovely accommodation suggestions. We provided a budget and a brief and a general location and Jack delivered the perfect holiday in Mauritius and Rodrigues.
The booking process was seemless : Jack organised everything for us. We didn’t need to think about anything.

We didn't actually go ahead and book a trip because of our circumstances, but the service we got from Blank Canvas in getting a quote was exceptional.

We filled in our details and they got back to us promptly and provided a quote, the advisor who dealt with us Charlie was friendly and gave us a great personalised service.

As mentioned we didn't book due to circumstances, but when we are ready to book again we would speak to blank canvas about our trip.

We knew we didn't trust anyone else with our honeymoon after amazing holidays to Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Seychelles all organised with Jack at Blank Canvas.

For our honeymoon Jack arranged a 3 week, once in a lifetime trip to South Africa & Mozambique and it was amazing from start to finish.

All the flights were seamless, the hire cars perfect, hotels absolutely spectacular and the itinerary itself was the perfect blend of sightseeing and relaxation in paradise.

We enjoyed 3 nights in Cape Town, 2 nights in Franschhoek, 6 incredible nights of safari (which was utterly magical) and 8 nights on Benguerra Island. We wouldn't change a thing.

Thank you as always to Jack for another incredible trip. We will of course be back for our next adventure!

The holiday itself was well organised – the pick-ups, transport and two of the three hotels were excellent, and we really enjoyed the first part of our honeymoon. However, our experience was badly let down at the end.

Our return flight from Doha to Manchester was overbooked, and we were rerouted via Stockholm on an economy flight, which added huge stress and completely ruined the end of our honeymoon. Qatar Airways then offered only $150 compensation, which felt like a joke considering the inconvenience. We expected Blank Canvas to support us and push back, especially as they work closely with Qatar Airways. They opened a case with Qatar Airways but Qatar never got back to them!!

It’s a shame, because without the flight issue and lack of aftercare, this would have been a 5-star review.

We had the most incredible honeymoon, all thanks to Jack's expert planning. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the stunning hotel in Hong Kong to the beautiful resort in Thailand. The level of service and hospitality throughout was exceptional.
A special highlight was the food tour in Hong Kong, which Jack arranged for us — we ended up enjoying it even more than we expected!
The whole trip struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime.

Wow where do we begin!? Jack organised our 11-night honeymoon island hopping in the Seychelles and it was everything we dreamt of and more. From the communication before and during the trip, to organising every transfer flawlessly, Jack ensured our honeymoon went smoothly every step of the way. Each accommodation that Jack booked for us blew us away, and the hotels ticked all the boxes we'd asked for. During our honeymoon, Jack accommodated our last minute desire for an excursion to Curieuse Island (to see the giant tortoises!) and responded quickly to messages. The app on our phone also made the holiday feel really organised and saved us carrying all the documents with us separately.

We have just returned from our trip after choosing Blank Canvas Travel to organise our honeymoon. We wanted to visit Asia and named a few countries. We were asked what we wanted to gain from the trip (relaxation, culture, trying food etc) and from there a bespoke itinerary was made.
Jack put together a well thought out and wonderful itinerary for us and we were blown away with how well our wishes for the trip were met. Every detail was thought about from transfers to restaurant recommendations for each area!
Jack communicated with us throughout about changes to the itinerary and was extremely accommodating to any changes we wanted to make.
We visited Hong Kong, Vietnam and Thailand and with each activity that was organised we managed to fully immerse ourselves into the various countries and their cultures.
Reflecting on the honeymoon, we both agreed that had we not booked through Jack and his team we wouldn’t have been able to have achieved such a fulfilling experience so we are extremely grateful! Our guides were extremely knowledgable and friendly making our trip more special.

Jack organised the trip of a lifetime for my wife and I to South Africa. He listened to what we wanted to do, and what we didn't, and prepared an holiday that was just amazing. From the moment we first contacted Jack, he was efficient and came back to us with a package within 24 hours. The service from start to finish has been amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more. Each hotel was so different and quirky in their own ways which made our jaws drop! We have made so many special memories, the elephants were such a highlight!

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Kerala, South India arranged through Jack at Blank Canvas. The fact that this is the 2nd time that we have used Blank Canvas to arrange a bespoke holiday for us speaks for itself. The pre holiday organisation and communication was excellent and the holiday itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Jack has a knack of understanding exactly what we were hoping to do and he definitely didn’t disappoint us in any way with his suggestions and itinerary. We made a few adjustments to the initial plan and Jack was very quick to revise our itinerary. The whole holiday was faultless throughout from being met at the airport in Kerala to being dropped back at the end of our trip, and everything else in between.
Having twice used Jack and Blank Canvas we would seriously suggest to anyone looking for a bespoke holiday to contact Jack rather than using one of the bigger travel companies for a more personal, professional and tailored experience. We wanted our 2-week trip to Vietnam to be special and memorable and the care and attention we received from Jack and his colleagues at Blank Canvas made it exactly that. We booked our honeymoon with Jack and everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The entire process was so seamless and Jack was always happy to help with anything and everything nothing was too much.

We had a full tour of Sri Lanka finished off with a stay in the Maldives, all the hotels were amazing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All trips and driver/pick up were organised which made everything so stress free. What appealed to us the most was how ethical the company is, all trips were investigated thoroughly and were as ethical as possible in terms of human, animal and environmental welfare which was a major selling point!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blank Canvas to anyone!
