Came in today for a free eye test, it was so quick but thorough! Then Cherry in the Carnaby Store helped me look at glasses and find the perfect style for me! We looked at a few pairs, I wasn’t going to buy glasses this time but Cherry found me the perfect pair and made me feel like a BOSS!! Thanks Cherry!!🍒 super lovely staff and very helpful! Dua was so helpful from the start. She helped me pick from a bunch of frames, which I usually hate doing as a hijabi. The optom was really nice and professional, he had a very calming presence and made sure I wasn't paying for unnecessary extras. Putting my order through was quick and easy. Dua's colleague made sure he double checked everything with the positioning. Really nice team and experience, overall. Thank you :)

I attended bloobloom Canary Wharf on the 11 November 2025 for an eye test and specifically ordered single-vision reading/computer glasses with blue light filter and UV protection. I purchased new frames solely for this purpose and for their reglazing service. Despite repeating this instruction multiple times in writing and in person, I was supplied with incorrect lenses.

As a result, the frames were physically altered with the wrong lenses and are now unusable for their intended purpose and cannot be returned. bloobloom refunded the reglazing service fee but refused to reimburse the full cost of the frames (£78), offering me less than I paid. I attempted to reach a fair and amicable resolution, but they declined. They only offered to remake the lenses 24 days later (on 5 December 2025), by which point I had already been forced to purchase another pair elsewhere because I urgently needed glasses for work.

They also refused to participate in ADR — Alternative Dispute Resolution, a process designed to resolve consumer disputes fairly without going to court — and closed correspondence.

This was not a goodwill issue — it was a professional dispensing failure followed by refusal to take responsibility for the financial loss caused. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience picking out my glasses thanks to Abdul. He was very patient, honest, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair (it took me a whole hour). I never felt rushed, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice.

Dua & Wael assisted me in getting the right glasses. In fact, we were just visiting the store, ended up placing an order. They were keen on the details and helped me what I needed, also the pricing was quite reasonable and affordable when compared to competitors.

The optician I saw was really lovely and answered all my questions really well. Abdul was very helpful and explained the glasses buying process perfectly. I would definitely buy again from bloom bloom!

Every single time I go in there all of the staff have the best vibes and ensure I get exactly what I want without compromise. The selection and variety is everything, I’ve not come across a fashion (eyewear) retailer with such choice. The quality is very good too.

The team were great, Optician appointment was very good and informative and the selling team were very helpful and informed.

Fantastic sales rep, comprehensive service offered at very affordable/reasonable prices. Eye examination to determine prescription as well as the health of the eye and glasses (with prescription) to be sent to EU country where we live, all included in the price!

These are my third pair of varifocal prescription glasses by Bloobloom.
I’ve been really pleased with all three pairs.
So much so, that I’m now having my second pair converted to sunglasses with my latest varifocal prescription added too.
The designs of the glasses are really good with excellent quality frames and lenses.
I have also been very impressed with the service, not only in the store but also by the telephone customer service team.
The first pair of glasses that I bought from Bloobloom, were an online purchase, which also worked really well. They send you five pairs of frames, that you have previously chosen, so that you can try them at home. The ordering process is very simple and the delivery times for both online and store orders is extremely quick.
So, I’m a fan! Great service, great value and great quality at extremely competitive prices. Who could ask for more?!

I was having an evening stroll through Westfield when I found myself inside the Bloobloom store that I had heard so much about. Through his incisive process of elimination, he was able to astutely whittle down my perfect style and have me booked for my free eye test within a matter of minutes! Really quick and efficient service from the eye test to the advice on glasses. It was great to try on different styles and get advice on what suited me.
