Great customer service and they look after there customers i will always shop there

Got my nose pierced today and had a wonderful experience. Im a wimp when it comes to needles but my piercer, Billie, was lovely and talked to me the whole time. Luckily didn't pass out, lol!

i’ve had all five of my piercings (double nostril, conch, daith and navel) done by Hannah, would 100% recommend her!! my experience was 10/10 so quick and easy, she made me feel super comfortable during all my piercings

I have had most of my piercings done at Blue Banana over the year's. Today i decided I wanted my septum re-pierced as I retired the original piercing a few years ago. The coventry store has changed location but still the same brilliant & friendly service. I was booked in quickly, literally sterilized the tools as I waited, the room was very sterile and clean and my piercer Rikki was very friendly, and quickly gave me a detailed run through on the aftercare and what to expect with my new piercing. She was very quick which made the process fast and not too uncomfortable. Very good piercer in my opinion. Made sure I was happy and gave me more information of what to expect and how long the healing process typically takes. Personally these are the one of best places for any piercings and lots more. Clothing accessories & band merch is always available.

Had setum done amazing staff and support

I got my nipples pierced here today and was made to feel incredibly comfortable by the 2 piercers in the room (I am unsure of their names, sorry!) They made sure it was done as quickly as safely possible and both ensured the piercings were perfectly symmetrical which i’m so so so grateful for!! Absolutely lovely girls and a lovely experience! 💕

I have been going to Blue Banana for over a year now for my peircings and will not go anywhere else. In the last year I've had 7 peircings all done by Hannah. She is the only person I trust to do them. She is fantastic at what she does and will make sure the peircing is quick and pain free as possible. Not only is she great at what she does, she is also helpful, friendly and approachable as are all the staff in the shop. Would absolutely recommend anyone to get their peircing done there and especially to have Hannah as their peircer. I always leave with a smile on my face not only because I love what she has done but because she makes me feel very at ease. Thank you for being the best: -)

Had a jestrum piercing today at blue banana coventry. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The piercing was quick and i’m really happy with it. Would highly recommend getting a piercing here.

Went in to get my side labret pierced and came out very happy with it I was served by Leanne who was lovely! And pierced by Billy who was very professional and helpful and handled it in like 3 minutes

Went in for a 3rd piercing in my ear lobe and was told that I would be charged for a catilidge piercing which is twice the price even though it was in the ear lobe. Queried it but was shut down. Feel like I've been scammed after speaking to another piercing shop. I have supplied the order number but haven't heard anything yet?

Went into coventry store today, daughter had her ear piercings changed, as always staff are amazing, friendly and always ready to help. Billy changed her ears and she was made ro feel very relaxed, she was nervous going in but billy is always amazing with her, will definitely be back to have her second lobe piercings after Christmas.

Myself and my 13yo daughter have had a few piercings done here recently by Billy. He’s been fantastic on all occasions - explaining the procedure, about aftercare etc. Everyone is so friendly and really made us feel at ease. Will be getting more piercings done soon! Thank you.

Had another great experience today while getting my rook jewellery changed by Hannah. From choosing the jewellery to waiting only 20 mins (even tho i was told it would be longer) to having it changed was easy. They are always there for advice and making my stacked ear journey incredible. Thank you again

Hannah had me booked for my first belly piercing, and she was really lovely. The waiting time was about right, and I went for a coffee while waiting for it. I was sent a message to let me know what time I should be back, and that worked very well! Che has done my piercing, and when I realized the sting, I heard she saying that was done! Hahaha She was amazing! Super quick and lovely! I had a great experience in Blue Banana! Thank you xx

Had both my ears pierced and then recently had my nose pierced at blue banana both great experiences! Che was so patient and calming as had a tramatic experience somewhere else, great aftercare advice aswell, very knowledgeable

Ordered a number of items I couldnt get at the coventry store. Very straight forward. Parcel arrived when expected. The one thing I will say is that postage seems to be calculated when you pay. I did initially only want one thing, but postage was £6.95 for s £10 purse, so ordered more stuff and the postage came down abit. Maybe have cheaper postage for light/ small items.
