Excellent at delivering fresh air,I opened the door and the fresh air was there,delivery is always prompt for this item,However I ordered some diet pills as I have suffered with my weight for some years ,I’m morbidly obese I weigh in at 62 stone,I ordered the diet pills
7 months ago and am still waiting,I am still waiting and have now gained another 30 stone .
I have now resorted to getting a builder in to knock the kitchen wall down and make it open plan so my left anus cheek can fit in the kitchen,I have use
20 sets of joiners G-clamps to hold back the fat every
time I go for a piss.

Never delivered, we have no postage at this time what they wrote on status! No confirmation, nothing!

Bluecare express is a scam and can be easily manipulated by china’s sellers on eBay to use smoke and mirrors with shipping information that are fake and you’ll never get your items. Be aware to use a credit card to get your money back and scam protection. Update: today 7/31/25 and no delivery, I put a claim into my credit card company and PayPal, my money was refunded.

Said my item has been delivered and left in porch. I do not have a porch. Bought a product from onbuy and this delivery company didn't deliver item or try and reschedule. Heard nothing back from both companys. Waste of money and I'm very annoyed.

Il pacco risulta consegnato ma Ha me non è mai arrivato e il venditore da Buon Signore se ne lava altamente le mani apro una controversia con Ebay ma il rimborso nemmeno l'ombra. D'ora in avanti prima dell'acquisto domandero al venditore il nome del corriere e se la risposta sarà questo col cavolo che farò l'acquisto!!!!!!!

Wouldn't even give a one star if possible what a rip off been in touch with them loads no joy .said they'd delivered item amd they'd had not. Out of pocket now as no refund. So annoyed , like other people says put threw letterbox ,no way. These company's should be closed down

Ebay-Verkäufer bietet Sparversand ohne Sendungsnachverfolgung. Als ich die nicht erfolgte Lieferung reklamiere, erhalte ich plötzlich einen Trackinglink von Bluecare, meine Sendung sei zugestellt worden. Eine glatte Lüge. Ebay akzeptiert den Trackinglink als Beweis, ich habe bezahlt und erhalte keine Ware.
Leider lässt sich Bluecare nicht aktiv vermeiden, da die Verkäufer oft gar nicht angeben, mit diesem unseriösen Anbieter zu verschicken.

Didn't receive the item. Website states "parcel handed to resident" which it wasn't. Liars and scammers.

The parcel was delivered ahead of schedule and left on my front porch, that requires 15 steps.

Zero star !!! Please avoid this company they are professional scammers. I have ordered aquarium light from eBay and it doesn’t arrived. They give you tracking number but it will show you delivered within 15hrs after purchase from eBay how it possible to deliver parcel within 15hrs 😣😣😣

I have to say i was more that a little concerned when i read some of the reviews of this company.Therefore i was pleasantly surprised to get my delivery on ethe day stated including being left in the place i asked.He even shut the gate. Can`t asl for more.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Item never arrived. Took it up with customer car who said it was delivered and sent a photo of the boxed item clearly outside of a property that wasn't mine. They wouldn't accept that it wasn't my address and washed their hands of me. Seller won't refund because the tracking says delivered. So I'm now £39 down and one disappointed child up due to this useless or possibly scamming company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND OWN MONEY!

mi associo alle tante recensioni negative in quanto anche a me il tracking conferma "consegnato", ma a me non è arrivato nulla. Il venditore su Ebay dice semplicisticamente che per lui il pacco è stato consegnato e se ne frega le mani, ed Ebay suggerisce di riconoscere la firma di consegna, cosa impossibile in quanto il servizio clienti (credo un computer) chiede carta di credito e un pagamento solo per scrivere il form di richiesta assistenza, probabilmente a scopo di disincentivo.
Non so di chi sarebbe la responsabilità in tribunale, ma credo che il venditore dovrebbe interessarsi a contattare lo spedizioniere che ha scelto lui stesso, non io!!!

Il peggio del peggio. Primo pacco smarrito. Secondo pacco indicato come in consegna ma non ancora arrivato. Farà la stessa fine? Purtroppo su ebay è il venditore a decidere quale corriere utilizzare.

SCAM PROTECTED BY EBAY! I've purcgased something on Ebay, never received the product, the seller said that Bluecare Express delivered my ite. According to Ebay I'm not eligible for a refund because I've no proof that they didn't deliver! 😡 neither do they put a leaflet through the door to proof they've actually been here. I've lost my money, Ebay denies responsibility. AVOID BLUECARE EXPRESS!!!

Absolutely shocking experience. They stated they delivered a parcel when they hadn't. When sending them an email, I got told the packaging will have an amazon label on it and to ask all my neighbours which I did prior to contacting them, all done with my leg broke. I shouldn't have to chase parcels that they are claiming to have delivered. Why are these people not being inspected. Its fraud to claim a parcel was delivered when it wasn't.

This guys are scammers , they just give you fake tracking number , and fake tracking history, and they end up saying goods been delivered and handed to the resident :))
they are all fakes and Lies.
i have order some goods from OnBuy , and they have done this to me , be aware seller name on ONBUY is InfinityMart avoid them on OnBuy , i believe the seller they are working with this guys they are scammers and criminals too . AVOID THEM GUYS 🛑🛑🛑

Terrible. Said item had been delivered but it hadn’t.
Customer service won’t help.

If anyone is sending via this company do not order from them.
