Prompt, professional service.

The response from Blue Flame to the problem we had was prompt. Although we had concerns after the engineers first visit, it was resolved during a second visit from a different engineer.

Great prompt and efficient service
I have used blue flame for more than a decade now and they have always been, efficient, professional and courteous. Their rates are reasonable too. I would highly recommend.

I can always rely on Blue Flame to turn up at the appointed time and do a neat job. Large works are planned in advance down to the smallest detail so they go smoothly. Worth every penny.

Blue Flame provide a good service
Blue Flame provide a good service. Admin via email is all prompt and efficient.
The engineers work is very good, clean and protects the house carpets throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Flame to anybody.

New boiler installed
New boiler installed. The installation was tricky - cupboard small and 2nd floor apartment needed access to outside but resolved all issues and matched quote. Carried out additional work on short notice. The staff were so friendly, the work was clean and tidy and I felt they went over and above to help.
