Recived only 2 out of 3 items i have ordered. Zero response from customer service for weeks. I gave up. Avoid this rubish company

I visited the Blueinc men's fashion store yesterday 22/4/2024 at there Merry hill location, West midlands store. I was the only customer when I walked in. The elderly white woman on the tills started doing nasty coughs at me, & I noticed this, but she made me feel uncomfortable when I was simply shopping as a Customer. Even using the fitting rooms, her "cough" would start, paying & then leaving the store; again her *cough*. Another Asian customer was there, & another non white colleague. Instinctively, I felt a little underhanded suttle racism off her, there was no need for her Behavior. #true Avoid, in multi-cultural diverse Britain!

Recent experience at the Rochdale officers club store resulted in scarily bad customer service, refused to exchange or refund a faulty item and when asked why manager started swearing and shouting in front of a child! The manager of this store is an embarrassment and should be on some sort of register! Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a coat from this site. Paid for fast delivery, coat arrived and they’d sent the wrong size. Annoying, but a genuine mistake. Or so I thought. Contacted customer service who refused to exchange for the correct size, re-ordered and was sent the wrong size… AGAIN! I am now £140+ out of pocket and going to have to fork out of my own money to return the items because they clearly have unorganised, incompetent warehouse staff! Will never, ever order from this company again!

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Wouldnt even give it 1 star!
Ordered a hoody as a christmas present.
Arrived with a hole in the sleeve and all thread hanging from the cuff.
Was told to send it back via royal mail and they would refund me including the postage.
That was the 22nd december.
I tracked delivery and it had been delivered to them on the 27th december.
Since the 22nd they have ignored all emails and i have had no correspondence back from them or a refund.

No phone number to call either. Purely just email.
Would never order from here again.

This is a scam company.
I orders a £49 shoe rack and paid for fast delivery as was ment to recive within 7 working days. I didn't recive the item. They send me a false tracking number throu royal mail. If you click it on there page says its with royal mail. But go to the mail site and the tracking number is not in use.
Anyway it's been 2 months not and still no item I send them a email wich they did say please wait longer then I waited emailed them back and the email adress is now not in use. I will have to now contact the bank and try get my money back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHINK FROM THESE GUYS they will take your money and you will not recive anythink.

Went in on Sunday to the Taunton store with my partner total lack of customer service as both sales assistants were stood near the till talking to each other whilst there were ourselves and other customers in who made a purchase they didn’t even ask them if they could be of any assistance. After witnessing that I will not be shopping in there

My wife bought 2 pairs of trousers from the Sunderland store and was told that she would be entitled to a refund, credit note, or exchange. However, when I tried the trousers on they were totally inappropriate for me (the waistline was too short). When my wife returned them she was told that she could not get a refund! So they told lies at time of purchase! Had to accept a credit note that expires in 3 months. What a load of rubbish. I really hope this business goes bust. Shouldn’t be trading at all. Horrible lot.

Unclear refund policy! As explained that there is a loop hole in trading laws which blueinc take advantage of. They offer exchanges or credit note to item purchase value but never give refunds.
Why? Everything is so called discounted therefore it falls under their exchange policy where by you have no legal right to any refund. This way they keep your money you keep their not fit for purpose item. Fellow consumers please do not enter any of our 60 stores as we then to trade dishonesty.

The guy who runs the store (tall man called martin) is a predator. He only hired me in hopes of sleeping with me. He offered me money, asked me on 2 dates, asked me to stroke his beard, got funny with me when a female dropped me to work one morning & when I told him I'm straight he turned bitter & ended my 0 hour contract coincidentally. (Luton branch)

No refund on sale items , no refund after seven days on any item , no refund or exchange on the perfume . That’s ridiculous, but the lady in the store tells me she wasn’t happy waving to her asking her for help ????and telling me not to do it again ?? That’s the must stupid thing I ever hear from some sick store manage . I will never buy anything from them again

Didn't give me refund for the clothes I bought from them saying it was from sale price, funny part each and everything in store is for SALE! Literally nothing in the store you can find is not on SALE. Store location MK mall. Even the staff working their was embarrassed and said its a stupid company.

HOW PATHETIC! Avoid this and buy from ASOS and other reliable brands.

I bought a belt which worn out in less than two weeks. When I brought it for a refund, they told me there is nothing they can do. They said they’re not authorised to give me a refund and offered me half price for a new one which is an absolute joke!!! Don’t buy anything there as it will only last a couple of weeks (if not less!!!) and you will waste your time going to claim your rights. And totally incompetent assistant of manager - it took her 10 minutes to even come out from the back to tell me she can’t do anything cause the manager is not there. What is she there for then? Customer service terrible.

Originally started here when I was 16 as a Weekend worker (under the old owners.) Now I’m 20 and currently a supervisor. Couldn’t be more grateful for the experience this company has given me.
Customers are lovely & understanding as well.

I bought a full sleeveblack T-shirt which was on sale from stratford store.1 week later I tried to exchange but one black guy on till refused it and stated that it seems it was wore. I told that white cotton is mixed little bit from other cloths while hanged with other cloths that any one can understand. The guy was rude while was talking. The experience I had I promise myself never ever step in Blue Inc and I will share my experience on social media with that cloth picture

Shocking service from Romford store. Returned 4 items bought on promotional 2 for ££. Girl didn’t have a clue. Started refunding, then said she couldn’t coz they were sale items. Receipt has no policy on, just a board with a piece of paper on the till which your suppose to read (obviously whilst your board queuing/waiting?!!!) explained that I bought them in Basildon and was told I could return with my receipt. She phoned her manager, who said I had to come back the next day?! I said no as I had already paid parking and wasn’t coming back again. She then said I can’t deal with you and told me to go back to Basildon - seriously. I was fuming. Went to Basildon, paid to park again and luckily 2 girls who knew what they were doing, eventually got me a full refund, after ringing their manager who advised promo goods are returnable as they are not sale. Advised to complain to head office?! Good luck getting an email or answer on the phone. Absolute worst customer service, rang trading standards now as this chain needs closing. Oh and the email address that trustpilot use to keep the retailer updated - that don’t work either!!
