We had an amazing experience on our trip. We had been referred to Blue Pacific by friends who had stayed previously and they were "spot on." We had everything we needed and more. It was so very quiet, other then the waves and the seagulls, which was perfect. We did not take advantage of the pool area or club house as we just simply soaked in as much of the ocean air as possible right from our deck.
The representative from Blue Pacific went above and beyond in assisting me with our reservation and we are.so grateful for her kindness and professionalism.
We will be returning!!

A Little Piece of Heaven
I stayed in Depot Bay with my mom and sister who were visiting from Wichita and we had the time of our lives. The condo, Paradise Regained, was breathtaking. We had everything we needed and lots of beauty to see and things to do. We spent most of our time there soaking up the scenery, watching the whales and making memories. I can’t wait to do it again!

Our Blue Pacific rentals have always been very clean and well appointed with kitchen utensils. We would not consider using another rental agency in the cities that Blue Pacific lists rentals for unless we had no other choice. The office personnel are always very courteous and helpful. Best rental agency on the central Oregon Coast!

Considering we stayed a year ago...
Considering we stayed a year ago, left early due to the lack of cleanliness of the condo and called and complained about it and the customer service person I spoke to didn’t seem to care or even try and make it right, and are just now being asked to rate our stay I’ve decided to give a 1 Star because the experience was so disappointing. We have been staying at these condos for years and we’re treated so poorly and because of this we have decided to stay elsewhere for the 1st time. This is unfortunate as we had always had such a great time here.

These people have always been great to…
These people have always been great to me and the rates are fair. I Even requested an early entry and was not charged for it which was great since the entry time was 4:00 pm. I think that is just a little late in the first place since I'm paying by the night and have to be out at 11:00 am. It used to be about 2:00 pm you were allowed into a place. Oh well. I just booked another place through BPVR. I hope this will be a nice place as the other one I have booked in the past has been.

Please Reconsider Laundry Requirement at checkout.
We have really enjoyed our stays at the the Blu Pacific Resorts. My only concern, is the requirement to do the laundry before leaving on check out. Not only does it seem it should be covered in the “cleaning fee” for every registration, but because of the this requirement our towels smelled and I had to rewash them before using them at arrival. Please reconsider this rule, Blu Pacific Reaorts. Thank you.

We appreciate your review and feedback. Our cleaning fee covers direct sanitation of our units and yes, we do request the towels be at least started in the wash by our guests. We do not typically hear of issues like this with towels from guests and apologize yours were not in proper condition for your stay. Please when you stay and encounter any type of issue at all during your stay contact us. We provide a 24-hour phone line to be of immediate assistance. We hope your next stay is a 5-Star experience.
