BNA closed my file now they want $4,200. Just to reopen the file! Thats on top of the initial bankruptcy. I couldn't afford the payments so this is how they treat a client. I never should have used this company. Very unprofessional. Taking advantage of people's misfortunes. I can't even apply for a credit card can't get a car loan can't do so many everyday activities. Thank you very much Berry.

Meeting with Lovelyn stopped the fear and panic of my ordeal. She was very kind and non judgemental, and broke down every option available to me in full detail. Taking the time was much appreciated, especially since I had to reach out a couple times to ensure I was doing everything correctly during the process. I highly recommend them.

this company is bad. be careful because you think barry is good but watch out your back. he will do bad stuff to you without knowing.
