One of the worst banks in Sri Lanka…

One of the worst banks in Sri Lanka which does not care about customers at all. The employees are inefficient as hell and management is even worse. Do not step in to any branch of this worthless bank. Recently they increased their interest more than 100% and collected all salary of their customers.

The best bank in SL providing excellent service with trust and privacy

One of the best government bank .quick services with younger staff..

They have limited staff to handle large customer base but I was given excellent, friendly 😁 customer service there in a reasonable amount of time.👏😊❤️🔥

Worst government bank in sri lanka.They act like polee mudalali .we got loan from government bank condsidering low rates of loan and trustfullness.These all are wanish now.They only think about their income.Do not think how their customers live without their only one income.They only have children and parents .we donot have.Please do not get loan or do not open a account from this worst bank.I hate BOC.I am mentally suffering with variable loan

මහා ජරා බැංකුව .දාන්න එපා සල්ලි මේ ලංකා බැංකුවට...අඅපි බොහෝම අහින්සක මිනිස්සු.පාඩුවේ හම්බවෙන සොච්චම් පඩියෙන් යන්තම් වියදම් පිරිමහගෙන සමාජයේ තත්වය තියන් ජීවත් වූ අය අපේ පඩිය ඔක්කොම කපාගෙන තව අතින් ගෙවන්නත් අද්භූත මිලක් නියම කලාම තනි තනිව බැංකුව ට ගිහින් කතා කලාම දෙන ලද හාස්‍යජනක විසඳුම් වලට එකග වෙන්න බැරි නිසයි අපි එකමුතු උනේ....ඒක වරදක්ද...වැරදි කියන උන් ඉන්නවා නම් අපිට අපේ දරු පැටෞන්ට කන්න බොන්න අදින්න ඉගෙනගන්න සල්ලි දීපියවු කෝඔ😂😂😂😂😂

Staff is very irresponsible. They promise customers but they don't act on it. Took a housing loan and requested moratorium in April 2020. But in June cancel it and paid all outstanding installment. Manager promised to clear it. But in the end I had to pay a huge interest which is not at the market rate. They were unable to give a proper explanation for it

Most disgusting bank ever in Sri Lanka. Poor support, unfriendly, boring and worst staff. Not only the bank, but that online banking app is also s****. Nothing works efficiently. Recently i had to unlock my account but they were saying that they cant fix the issue. And my ATM card was expired almost a year ago. But they dont issue any ATM cards now. What the hell i should do. I have money in my account but cant get it when im needed it the most. I
