Awful experience with bogans have stupidly used them twice now first time they turned up on 3 separate occasions (baring in mind we had to take time out of our full time jobs to be there for the fitting) they did not bring the correct materials to do the job due to poor communication within the shop finally got the job done which was fine. But the second time we used them for vinyl in our bathroom the one we chose & paid for was no longer available unfortunate but we understood. We chose another vinyl which was fitted the vinyl was awful and had a tear in it. Got in-touch with the shop they gave us an email address to put our complaint in to didn’t receive a response until almost a week later they said they would speak to the fitter & we never heard another thing. Shockingly bad customer service & a total lack of organisation within their shop & offices would not recommend

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sharon was very professional and extremely helpful when I was making my choice.. The carpet surveyor was also really knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently . The carpet fitters, Dan and Pater, did a great job fitting the carpets throughout my living rooms, stairs, and landing, and I’m really pleased with the finished look.
A professional service overall and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent company, good value for money and cannot recommend the fiiters highly enough, I chose a tricky patterned carpet but it was fitted perfectly, quickly and expertly. Highly recommended

Happy with the product but the lino is coming loose after 3 weeks and there is a stone underneath a section of it. It needs to be relayed.

We found the staff at Bogans very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right carpet for our stairs and landing. We had shopped around and they had the best prices around for what we were looking for. There were so many to choose from and were able to take some samples home to help us decide on the colour to coordinate with our room. The fitting was arranged and the fitter turned up on time and did a fabulous job. I would definitely use Bogans again.

We have used Bogans Carpets for years. We highly recommend them to friends and family. We have had excellent customer service in the showroom and from the fitters. We have bogans flooring throughout our house and in all rooms.

What a great company. From Brian in the showroom which is lovely (the showroom) - I will call him an advisor not a pushy salesman guiding you through the different products very knowledgeable. Then Peter the surveyor very pleasant and efficient to Tom the floor layer. Bogans carpets have fitted flooring for me in five different homes now, over many years. Their flooring is gorgeous, and often gets commented on. It is good quality and so lasts well. The fitters are always polite, friendly and professional. It's a smooth service from start to finish, and most importantly, the flooring is always stunning and sets any room off. Would recommend to anyone, in fact, I have, and those I have recommended to are always so thankful and also comment positively on their experience. Brilliant company.

Excellent in store service, no hard sell. Good quality carpet and underlay. Fitters quick and tidy with great finish - they even gave us advice on how to prepare our kitchen-diner for flooring when we get the extension. Very pleased. Thank you.

We called Into the 2 mills showroom not really sure what type of floor finishes we were looking for. We were guided by a gentleman called Rich who went through many different options, he showed us the best Karndean flooring within our budget, and helped us select a good quality carpet to fit on the stairs and landing whilst we were there, he sorted out dates that suited us. The floor layers and carpet fitters arrived on the days they were meant to, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job

I was recommend this company by a friend and I can’t fault the service and the company as a whole. Walked in and was served by a lady who knew her stuff and the deal was done, that easy. She was ready to have someone come out and measure a few days later but I asked if I could hold off until I finished painting. She said that wasn’t a problem. Once I was ready, I called up and the measuring guy was out within a few days and the whole of my upstairs was getting fitted the following week. One fitter arrived and done an amazing job. Unbelievable. Worked his socks off, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Ordered carpet and then had to delay the fitting for 7 weeks. The girl at 2 Mills store was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was any trouble. Excellent service, won't go anywhere else now.

very pleased with bogans. I went in and the staff were very helpful. Jordan showed me the perfect carpet for my daughters room. it was fitted by moz who done a fantastic job. highly recommended
