I would never use this company again.
They are total amateurs and the customer service girls couldn’t be less helpful. Shop around before you consider.

We've used this company and their partners several times now at two addresses. Various jobs: Plumbing, boiler servicing, installing a washing machine and removing an old one. Always on time with efficient tidy work. And very nice guys as well. Absolutely recommend them.

Really terrible service. Hard to think this company is capable of running a business. I phoned about 6 times over a month period and the phone is never answered straight away. Always goes to voicemail and then you have to wait for someone to call back. One time I had to send an email chasing. I then wait a month for the service engineer who does not turn up. Why have I used them - well the previous couple of years they have been good but since they have merged nobody seems to be driving anything there or have a handle on what is going on. Will not be using them again

Called to have my boiler repaired. The person got the boiler up and running and said it was under gassed. A few days later the boiler stopped working. A different plumber came. He ended out removing the gas valve which was full of junk. He replaced the gas valve and it is so far still working. He suggested we had a sulphur- something filter fitted. So we did. This was booked a week in advance and at the same time I requested to have our shower thermostatic cartridge replaced. This was agreed to by the receptionist. When the plumber turned up he said he was unable to replace a thermostatic cartridge. I called boiler pro and they said it was their mistake and he’s a heating engineer not a plumber and if I wanted the shower fixed I’d need a separate call out charge. So they make a mistake and I pay for it. I’m now left with a shower that doesn’t work and is continually running. The receptionist explained that boiler pro use sub contractors and so she was not to know. This in its own right is a reason not to use boiler pro. I thought they were good after the first and even second appointment but they seem to think their customers are stupid and their mistakes can be paid for by others.

Good day. No stars for troubling us so much as to the call out fee. It was a £144 call out fee they told me. If he couldnt do the job which he couldnt that was the price. Well dont over charge people.He charged for the job a finished job but did nothing.

Very helpful director. Goes out of his way to make sure the work is done to a high standard. Very flexible and reasonable team. Reliable engineer. I would highly recommend them.

I don’t know what is going on. My father in law is nearly 90 and they promised to get a spare part for his shower and fit it. Nothing. Repeated requests, phone calls and e mails ignored. The poor man is using towels to wash himself. Maybe this review will prompt a response. Sad that we have to do this for a vulnerable old man.

i don’t recommend this company at all! not a good services and also asked the guy to take shoes of he said no as need to walk up and down ! ridiculous

Very prompt ,courteous and efficient .. Involved me in decision making and couldn't ask for more.
Very happy with work

boilerPro were extremely helpful and professional throughout the project. Even when they were not on site, they were easy to get hold of when we had queries for them. It was not the most straightforward project as we had multiple trades on site at the same time, yet they guys did not complain and instead worked around each other and got the job done.

Giovanni and his team are reliable, friendly and punctual. I've got no reservations about recommending them for any residential boiler work.

Boiler Pro are always quick to respond and are honest, efficient and super friendly. They are my go to team for any heating or plumbing issues we have at our youth club and community centre.

We had a mysterious clicking in our pipes, and had 4 or 5 plumbers come over to try and figure out what was happening and how to fix it. None of them had a clue.

It was only when the guy from BoilerPro came that we finally got to the bottom of the situation and it's now fixed. It was all down to a valve in our shower.

The plumber was helpful, friendly and most of all, knew what he was doing. I would recommend BoilerPro to anyone.

Boiler pro have completed numerous jobs for us, we have never had an issue. It’s refreshing when a contractor simply turns up on time, finishes on time and takes pride in their work.
