We had new radiators installed and needed pipework adjusted to the new sizes. Boiler removed the old radiators, chased in new pipework in walls and moved some radiators, recommissioned and serviced our boiler. We are thrilled with the work and outcome. He was brilliant and very professional. Arrived on time, polite and worked very clean and respectfully, even our dog liked him and that’s unheard of.

You will NOT find anybody better than Boilergurus to install a new Worcester Bosch boiler !

I recently had an old conventional boiler replaced by a new System boiler. I had already decided that I wanted a Worcester Bosch model, so I checked the Worcester Bosch website for approved installers in my area, and then checked to see which of those installers had good ratings online. Boilergurus was rated very highly. My experience with Boilergurus was absolutely faultless, and I can highly recommend them. Here’s what I liked:
1. Communication and organization. Everything ran like clockwork from the very first call with Lydia in the office, to the final installation by Michal and his team. Lydia was knowledgeable about which model of boiler I was likely to need, and the cost of the installation. Communication was mainly via WhatsApp, which I found more efficient than e-mail. I had a visit from Michal the day after my initial call with Lydia, and I received a detailed quote within 72 hours. Lydia kept me updated regularly about arrival times, which were confirmed in writing by WhatsApp. There was never any potential for misinterpretation or confusion.
2. Transparent pricing. Boilergurus do not add any mark-up on the materials. They provided a detailed list of all the materials required, in the form of an itemized quote from the local plumbers’ merchant. I placed the order directly with the plumbers’ merchant and paid them directly, and the plumbers’ merchant delivered everything directly to my house on the date which I chose. The labour cost for the installation was a fixed price, and I think the price was very reasonable. Boilergurus were very open about a potential additional cost for some extra pipework, which they wouldn’t be able to confirm until they removed my current boiler, but in the end this was not required, so I did not have to pay for it.
3. Quality of work. I am not a plumber, but everything seems to have been installed to a high quality, without any short cuts. It all looks very neat and professional, and the installation team cleaned up everything afterwards. They clearly take pride in their work, and they work hard to ensure that their customers are happy. Michal explained to me how everything works, how to check the pressure and top up the water if required. Everything was completed within the time which had been planned.

I had a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 24kW System boiler installed. The old header tank was removed from my loft, and my old Hive heating controls were replaced by the latest version. A few other old bits of plumbing in my airing cupboard were also replaced with brand new parts, to bring everything in line with the latest standards.

I cannot speak highly enough of Boilergurus, as far as my new System Boiler installation is concerned.

Both engineer and customer service excellent. Michael was right on time, serviced the boiler with no fuss and was friendly and personable. I also appreciated the reminder call and text and the update that Michal was on his way. I will definitely continue to use and recommend this company.

They kept me posted about delayed arrival due to overrunning previous job. Work carried out as estimated and Michal was very fastidious and tidy. The detailed report including photos was emailed to me before I paid.

This is the second time that I have used Boilergurus.
I had a very difficult to program thermostat system to control my underfloor heating so Boilergurus suggested that I change to a Hive hubless thermostat system that I could control the underfloor heating, upstairs radiators and hot water on my phone or IPad. I didn’t have to wait long for Michal to install it. How fantastic it is!!! I’m sure that I’m saving money on my energy costs. Such a professional company, easy to understand invoices and no hidden extras. Thank you and I also want to thank Lidia who is always helpful on the phone.

Our boiler had a leak and lost pressure, so we called Boilergurus. They responded quickly and sent a heating engineer within 24 hours. The gas engineer was professional, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and explained that the expansion vessel needed replacement.

I needed a fix for a toilet cistern which was taking nearly an hour to refill after a flush. Contacted Boilergurus on a Sunday and an engineer was booked to come out the next day, Monday. A new part was fitted and the engineer left the area spotless. Very impressed and will use them again for any future plumbing jobs.
