They are marking up brand’s retail price e.g. Chanel by 33.33%! Claim to have sold-out limited edition available which I don’t trust.

If you are looking for anything limited edition and hard to find, be careful with this website !! It happened to me twice ( yes, i was being dumb for forgetting what they dud before) that i just got refunded for the limited edition item i am most looking for and got shipped for the rest which are actually add-ons to make the shipment worthy! they didn't notify you ahead for out-of-stock or option to cancel the whole order, the customer service is also horrible, not solving the problem at all. I think they are using the fake in-stock for limited products to sell other stuff as well. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I was looking for the Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Sequin #100 Dreams. Was sold out in a lot of places/online. But found it on this website still in stock. I was a bit hesitant because not all reviews were that great. But I read a couple of positive ones too. I decided to give it a go. From the moment of ordering to the moment of receiving my order; every step was clear. Got regular updates on the shipping. Didn't take that long either, 9 days from HK to NL. Would order from this website again.

Disappointing Experience with Missing Item and Customer Service Issues

I recently bought the SHU UEMURA x TASAKI Pearl Rebel Clutch Eyeshadow Palette ~ 2024 Holiday Limited Edition from bonboncosmetics, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The palette arrived without the pearl, a key feature of this limited edition item.

Upon realizing the missing component, I immediately contacted the seller for a resolution. Despite providing photographic evidence and order details, their customer service team did not offer a meaningful response or solution.

This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I expected better quality control and customer service from a reputable retailer. I eventually escalated the issue to PayPal and received a full refund, but the process was inconvenient and troublesome.

For anyone considering a purchase from bonboncosmetic.com, I recommend being cautious. Make sure to verify your package contents upon arrival and be prepared to take further action if you encounter similar issues.

Everything went well, support responded to me on time and my parcel arrived perfectly packaged without any damage and I am really happy with my new product. I would recommend bonboncosmetics for sure!

I was a bit wary of buying on their website because they don't post a lot on social media and the review rating isn't great but I was looking for the 2023 limited edition Dior Rouge Forever sequin lipstick that was sold out pretty much everywhere. My order took around a week to be shipped to Australia, I contacted customer service by email to ask for an ETA for shipping and they were super responsive, got a reply same day. Products arrived pretty quickly once they were shipped, all legit and in great condition. They even included a cute little Dior paper bag! Will definitely purchase from them again for those hard to find products! Thought I'd leave this review to make other people at ease if they're on the fence. Had a pretty good experience with them.

I bought a nail file Chanel limited edition with a good price. All went perfectly smooth and I managed to complete my collection without breaking the bank!

Non è vero che dovevo pagare la dogana . Gli uffici competenti mi hanno risposto che BonBon ha scritto sul pacco che si tratta di un regalo per non pagare le tasse . Al pacco manca la fattura di accompagnamento per evadere le tasse . Mi hanno detto inoltre che questi pacchi truffaldini spesso sono vuoti .

I do online purchase all the time. I would rate this company minus if I can. I currently found out this company which carries Japanese cosmetics I have been using. Purchased face cream and emulsion. My package was completely sealed while I got it and I found out instead of two bottles of emulsion, I got one. The customer service insisted three bottles was packed…., and I paid for three…

I was skeptical because of reviews but the customer service was great and I received my products quickly. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I had placed my order with them on January 9, till not did not receive any confirmation on the shipment. Nor any other communication except for the bill on my credit card from them. I had sent numerous messages and did not get any response from them.

I would rate them as minus 1 but I can't here. I've placed my order one year ago and still didn't get anything. They told me they can't help me with the package that got lost or smt, THEY ARE A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!! DONT LOSE 150$ LIKE ME PLZ.

Just received my parcel and I’m super happy! I was looking for products from Paul & Joe ( which is something bonbon originally don’t carry ). Their staff members were so helpful that they offered to purchase what I want for me with a very reasonable price. They sent the products to me along with a lot of samples from this brand too!! The parcel was packed carefully with bubble wrap. I would say bonbon is by far the best girl-stuff-buying company. If you want something from asian you have got to try them. I’m looking forward to trade with them again!! Highly recommended!!

If I could give it no stars, I Would! Pretty much I saw that the site had 2 limited edition items I wanted. Although the site is in English I checked the shipping info and basically it’s over seas. Now I’m suspicious. So I go to their Instagram and their last most was in November 2019. I went through the comments under that post and I saw comments about orders being placed and they weren’t shipped yet or basically they didn’t get confirmation. I decided to DM them because I saw that they responded to some one else with in the 6-7 day range. Basically my message to them was to confirm that the site was legit before I ordered. She/he finally responded after hours of waiting. I was asked about the products I was trying to order and I told them. Please tell me why the person told me that the been holding this lipsticks for some one for a while and that if the person changes their mind they would let me know. I’m in disbelief at this point. So I’m a buyer that wants to buy from your store and you tell me the items are being held for a person for a while now and you still waiting for them to decide if they are going to get them or not. What kinda trash is this. Why not remove the items from the site if they are not for sale. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This site is not legit!

I ordered a product that was sold out everywere, but this site had it on stock. After 10 days my order status was still "awaiting fulfillment".
After some email, direct messages and comments on Instagram, I was replied.
My order was refunded and I got my money back.
So in the end I don't lose notning.
If you would like to order some limited edition or hard to find product, N.B. this shop don't have a warehouse.
If you have allready made an order, and don't recived anything back, try to contact the shop by Instagram (the emails are useless).
