Boozebud never delivered my order of 12 Langmeil Valley Flier Shiraz. Very expensive as well. Don't buy off them. If they don't or can't deliver, it's a scan.

You’re only as good as your last customer interaction and the one I received left a sour taste in my mouth. Almost as bad as the expensive expired beer I had to throw away.
I ordered 4 cases of craft beer prior to lockdown (late April) and they have been stored in my dedicated beer fridge. I like to have a range of beers to drink as I’m a craft beer lover so purchased Balter, Pirate Life and Stockade. I popped open a can of Balter recently to find it undrinkable much to my surprise as I had drunk a can from the same case 2 weeks beforehand. After opening another couple and realising they were all off I checked the expiry and found them to be expired mid Sept. Not sure if I was more astonished that they had gone off so quickly (normally expired beers are fine for a few months at the very least) or that BoozeBud had sent them to me so close to expiry.
Having checked the Pirate Life and seeing the same issue I contacted BoozeBud. The response was very underwhelming. They just quoted their T&Cs, told me I had to complain within 30 days of delivery (to say what?) and that 4 mths until expiry is perfectly acceptable to them. They didn’t even bother to respond to my 2nd email.
Alex signed off with a ‘Sorry for any inconvenience’. It’s not an inconvenience throwing away $80 worth of beer, it’s a damn tragedy!!
They deliver whenever they want
They deliver whenever they want - can be even after 7 days. When you cancel order because it's not delivered for 5 days, their customer support cancels the order but delivery guys won't and still deliver when they feel like. Bunch of ....
Dont bother
Dont bother. They cant do the basics of their company which is delivering alcohol. Go to literally any one of their hundreds of competitors.

Why you guys don't give a realistic delivery date when these delays are ongoing for last 2 months?? Looks like they just want your order and don't care when you actually get them.
Hopeless customer service
Hopeless customer service . 3 days and 1 failed attempt of delivery and it still hasn't shown up. They didn't even try reschedule my deliver or offer a refund. Almost a scam !!
Bait and switch
Offer free shipping on 1st order - then try and charge me $19 shipping.
Contact support and they tell me that although the page ON MY ACCOUNT says twice in 4 lines I get free delivery - I don't- I follow the link they send me and it say "free delivery..."
Broken systems and support that is more like deflection...

I would highly recommend that you DONT use BoozeBud. My order has never been delivered. It was paid for weeks ago and it is the problem of COVID. I get this but when you are receiving orders from other providers you know it isnt all down to delivery time. What is going on in this company!
Do not expect to get your order
I pre-ordered 4 bottles of alcohol for a birthday present over a week before the said birthday. The order sat on 'accepted' for 5 days. When I got on chat Maddie told that all the delivery slots were taken for the next 3 days and she couldn't make an exception. In short I cancelled the order and thank you to BWS for delivering in 2hrs. DO NOT order from these people if you actually want your order!
Waste of time
Waste of time. Ordered 2 bottles more than 10 days ago. It still in "transit"
I have cancelled the order and now I have to wait god knows how many days for them to received the stock back in their warehouse so they can process the refund. Through the hole process they did not try to fix anything.

Did not receive my order, no delivery, no phone call, no notification to say they tried to deliver...

Poor experience
Boozebud did not follow order delivery notes, and did not deliver item. Then when i requested item to be redelivered they stated product is out of stock. Amateur business and very poor service, i would not trust them with your money or time.

Scam - Southern Comfort free item but its paid
I got a free unwanted Southern Comfort Hard Peach of $6.99. In the cart it shows free but I got charged. Be careful while placing your order. Double check this scam. Just imagine thousands of customers ordered during Easter time and they all might overpaid $7 for a unwanted free item. Very bad.
