Our vacuum head completely broke apart in just over one year of use and even though we bought an extended warranty they said it wasn’t covered- it was used daily and bits started breaking off until the brush head was difficult to manoeuvre but they said it was not a problem with the product. Bad quality and materials. Will never buy a Bosch product again.

I ordered a Bosch kitchen draft from Worten with Installation.
After one day the draft died. Bosch came and confirmed that it is faulty. They made an appointment to bring the sparepart and never came! Since 3 months I am fighting to get my money back. In the meantime I have Miele draft installed and it is high quality and works. AVOID Bosch by all means!

Dentro do período de garantia, e vendo que a porta do forno está claramente descaída, o técnico atendeu à chamada de serviço e deslocou-se ao local para reparar o forno. Pediu-me o favor de lhe segurar no forno enquanto desaparafusa parafusos que ligam a porta ao resto do forno, coisa que é por si só pouco profissional - se o trabalho requere dois técnicos, que venham dois e não que se peça a um residente para fazer esforços desnecessários.

A porta for retirada e alguma tentativa de reparação foi feita antes de colocar a porta de volta. O resultado foi o mesmo, sem quaisquer melhorias. Depois de indubitavelmente verificado que estava na mesma, voltou a retirar a porta, o discurso mudou para que algo estava torcido, que seria preciso voltar com mais peças, e que essa torção foi causada por mau uso do forno.

A porta do forno nunca for usada de maneira errada, não há crianças para se pendurar nela, sempre foi usada como devia, simplesmente abrir e fechar. Não há quaisquer evidências de que tenha algum mau uso, e no entanto, somos agora propostos a pagar mais de 200€ por essa reparação.

Mais, durante a reparação, a gaveta abaixo de onde o forno está encastrado foi danificada severamente e precisa de reparação.

Este serviço mostrou que a boshc Portugal e a sua reparação não são de confiança, de má fé e com princípios profissionais errados a todo nível.

Péssimo serviço. Equipamento novo na garantia. Demorou semanas a agendar uma visita. Assunto não resolvido.Ficaram de fazer follow up, que nunca aconteceu. Agendei nova visita, que foi confirmada no dia anterior, com uma janela de visita entre as 13.00 e as 18.30 , só que nunca apareceram. Ainda estou para entender o que aconteceu.

We ordered replacement vegetable compartment for fridge for delivery in Portugal. When it did not fit and we ordered a replacement because this was beyond the 14 day return period, Bosch would not accept a return and credit. What kind of customer service is this?

Com base na minha experiência prévia com um combinado Bosch, que durou cerca de 15 anos, optei por adquirir um novo (KGN366ICF), da mesma marca. Após receber o novo combinado, pude constatar que a qualidade já não é a mesma (muito pior) e já nem sequer um simples botão para ligar/desligar existe. No meu caso é um problema, pois tenho que deslocar o combinado para conseguir aceder à tomada. Estamos a falar de um artigo cujo PVPR é de 1000€!!! Este será o meu último produto Bosch e recomendo que evitem a marca, pois a qualidade está ao nível de outras marcas, consideradas “inferiores”, mas que são muito mais acessíveis.

Um vidro interior partido durante operação de auto limpeza do forno não foi substituído ao abrigo da garantia, com o argumento de que já teria sido atingido por uma pancada antes, mas sem apresentar qualquer prova ou mesmo indício disso. Ae não honra as garantias não vale a diferença de preço para outras marcas

Comprei um frigorifico Bosch e tem água e gelo permanentemente na parede, desde o primeiro dia da compra. Dizem que é normal ter sempre gelo e água mas nunca vi esta situação.

Abismal, bought a washing machine, first time I used it it was vibrating so badly I had to pull the plug out. I took the stuff out, reconnected and now it is stuck with the lock on. and it is impossible to cancel the programme. The useless man at customer support told me to 'read the instructions', there is nothing in the instructions about this problem. While explaining this, he hung up! Now nobody answers the so-called 'customer service line'

Bosch Portugal is incompetent. They still have not fixed a dangerous Gas waster Boiler after 6 months. They have only one technican (which they contract) and he is unprofessional, rude and incompetent and did not find the problem.

If this gas boiler blows up and kills people they are responsible!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY BOSCH IN PORTUGAL!!!

My house and hot water are heated with a Buderus boiler, Bosch now "services." It began leaking large quantities of Diesel Fuel directly into my house when hot water is turned on. I sent URGENTE requests for service with the model numbers, and photos of all parts to the Bosch Service Chef, Carlos Barbosa, and also to his colleagues Joao Costa2 and Machedo when I received their contacts via a bounce email that Mr Costa was away until Monday. I also sent the Service Request via Bosch online form. I received no response. On Monday at 11 am I called Joao Costa, who Messaged me an 800 Service Line number to call, where the Bosche service employee woman hung up on me, refusing to listen to either my portuguse or my native English. I called Joao back. He had reviewd my email and said, "That part is no longer made. I will see what I can do but it will take time." Without anyone seeing my unit and the problem I do not know how he could know what part is needed. The "it will take time" part was not reassuring. Tuesday at 10:20 am I called Chef Barbosa, who said he did not speak English. Again I explained in portuguese he had my email, I had spoken to Joao Costa. The dear Chef Mr. Costa, head of Bosch Thermo Portugal then hung up on me. Bosch has left me with no hot water, flammable diesel fuel circling us inside our house, and zero service appointment or concern. UPDATE: After Trust Pilot Review I received an email acknowledgement requesting my address. It is now 5 days after my URGENTE help request, and I still have not been offered any repair appointment by Bosch.

The Vulcano air conditioning product marketed by Bosch Portugal is of poor quality and not backed by their warranty. Everyone in our apartment complex have had trouble with them and the service support is abysmal. I have owned several other big name brands in the past and have never had the problems we are experiencing with this poor quality brand.
