Hi The service with Buoden travels was excellent.we really enjoyed the trip and was quite comfortable.Mr Adel who helped us to confirm the booking and he was so polite and friendly 😊.The drivers Mr Michael and Mr pav who were really supportive through out the journey and so punctual on timings.I recommend 100% for the services.Thank you once again to the buoden team....

My experience with this company has been excellent from start to finish. We were treated with the utmost respect the minibus was clean and tidy - the seats were super comfortable we even watch a CD on the way home and the driver was impeccable. Excellent Service as always!!
The coaches are brand new or at least feel that way. I’ve used them for many years now mainly to sporting events and they have never failed me. The drivers are always of the highest calibre and always on time, polite and very much part of the first class service.

Last Monday our group of 6 used Bouden Travel to transport us from Birmingham Airport to Cheltenham for the Festival and return to the Airport on Thursday.
The service was excellent. The Executive Transporter was clean and very comfortable. The Drivers were very pleasant guys and were very punctual. I would strongly recommend Bouden Travel

Ordered a luxury minibus for 6 people and 9 pieces of large luggage as well as hand luggage for a trip to Heathrow Airport. Driver was polite and pleasant and on time for two pick-ups. Another driver was there on time to collect us and take us home too. Will use again.

We really enjoyed our trip to Harrogate and Boudens Travel did us proud. Our Driver Ulad was brilliant He was a very safe Driver. He carried all our cases and made sure we where safe and having a good time. Would highly recommend them.

Had a stag do off 9 needing picking up from Northamptonshire to stanstead at 1:30 am then back but from Gatwick. Good communication from the girls in the office before the pickup and driver was early. Ordered the luxury minibus and it was what it said it was. Great service will definitely recommend and use again.

Both journeys were on time and driver was very patient when we had a delay getting our luggage collected

DO NOT book with Bogus travel. Didn't turn up after hours of trying to contact them. Left us stranded. Our hotel booking were missed yet we were the ones who are out of pocket. The organisation was embarrassing. They confirmed the coach the same day as we were leaving but still didn't turn up. Can somebody from Bogus travel please respond to me, on why my money for travel has been refunded and not my hotel. It wasn't my fault I couldn't make it. IT WAS YOURS. Take responsibility. The compay told my friend thier driver was admitted to hospital, that's also bogus as the driver answered his phone. Please explain? Also have you noticed how a lot of their 5 stars have only one review. Who signs up to leave a good review. Fishy if you ask me. Expect the worst from these guys.

Shocking company, left us stranded for a 21st birthday, driver didn’t turn up despite emailing 2 hours before a confirmation, no one answering the main phone line, the mobile or the 24 hour emergency number .

Took 4weeks to get our money back excuse after excuse , refused to compensate us for the missed events we had booked as well

Had a coach booked to liverpool for a birthday party. Coach didnt turn up, driver didnt answer the phone after numerous calls, the office didnt answer the phone after numerous calls and resulted in the weekend being ruined. Would never book through this company.

We had a very comfortable and clean coach with a very friendly driver. He was very punctual and obliging. A very convenient drop off and pick up point at which he was waiting for us in good time. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
