Love the workshops generally - the classes are fab and the instructors give off great energy and enthusiasm! It really is a fun, but exhausting, day out! My only criticisms are that it is always too hot in HQ, especially when it is warmer outside, so time to invest in some bigger fans or air con perhaps? Also there seems to be too many people crammed in, meaning you can feel compromised on space, in particular when doing classes when you need room off or around the trampoline. Reducing the capacity by about 25% would help, it may also improve the heat problem too!

Can't say enough the Vibe is so good ! you feel uplifted from the moment you step in - you get so many classes for your money. when the day is finish you feel so proud of yourself for doing this - can't wait to do this all over again !! just love it

Such an amazing atmosphere! Everyone is welcoming and friendly, a whole day of bounce it's great fun. The early morning rise was definitely worth it. This was my 4th time coming and always go home buzzing from the day! Xx

Body Workshop is THE BEST DAY!
Atmosphere is incredible, everyone is so supportive and you have so much fun.
Food, snacks, mini massages included. Fun photo opportunities.
If you haven't been to one yet I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I had the best time at ((Bounce)) workshop, this was my 3rd workshop. The ladies at HQ are funny, caring and hands on. We laughed and smiled all day long. Can’t wait to go back again.

All in all it was such a fun day. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. It was great to come as a team and meet lots of other Bouncers. Would recommend to anyone who does Bounce. I feel even more committed to this form of exercising and I love that you can do it at any age.

I wasn't sure what to expect for my first ((Bounce)) bodyworkshop but I had such a fantastic day and can't wait to go to my next!
There is such a good atmosphere and vibe and it's just a great feeling to be in that studio with all of these fab like-minded women and men!
The extra touches such as glitter make up and massages just added to the day and I even managed to grab a bargain at the boutique! Lunch, the goodie bag and snacks were all great too!
The instructors were brilliant and really hype you up and make it even more fun.
It was great to spend the day bonding with my team too and we all laughed a lot as well as burning a hella lot of calories. Thanks Bounce HQ!

I have been doing ((BOUNCE)) for nearly three years and LOVE it! I used to hate exercise classes, but these are exactly what they say they are - Fun, Friendly, Fierce. What I love most is all shapes and sizes do the class, so I never feel a lack of body confidence like I have in previous classes plus its doing wonders for my pelvic floor! I have also done 4 of their body workshops and although it's tough, you get an amazing sense of achievement at the end! I also have my own trampoline at home, so often do the online classes to break up a day of sitting at my desk.

Fantastic atmosphere, all instructors are super friendly, only negative I can say is I feel there are to many people attending as I feel like there is not enough space as some of the moves I have to bounce at an angle so not hitting anyone.

The whole day was a great experience a good dat had by all.

I had a great day at the ((Bounce)) Body workshop. Very well organised, the instructors were all friendly, helpful and clearly very good at their job and enjoyed what they do. This showed by how enthusiastic they were and how they made the event fun for everyone.
The goody bags were a lovely touch and the lunch provided was delicious.
I will definitely be booking again next year

Best Day- this is my 2nd body workshop. It’s great fun. I love attending my weekly bounce classes (bouncewakefield) I have made some great friends.

I love Bounce! It’s such an inclusive environment, open to everyone and offers an amazing way to exercise and feel great. It’s also a great opportunity to socialise, have a laugh and feel empowered. The body workshop is a great opportunity to experience all the class types, have a laugh, and really see how you can challenge yourself to a day of exercise!!

My seventh consecutive ((BOUNCE)) Bodyworkshop and the vibe was good as ever. If you don’t think you can do 4 hours of workouts in one day, try it and you might surprise yourself. Such a fun experience! Will be back.

We try and do HQ every year! Without fail one of the best experiences we have! Friendly fierce and supportive! You’re always laughing smiling and whooping😉 the goodie bags and the boutique are always an extra bonus! Highly recommend this! Such a good day!!!

Such an inclusive space that really pushes your physical boundaries no matter what level you are! Always leave feeling connected with the other people in the classes and proud of what you have achieved!
