Great design good material wide straps…
Great design good material wide straps buckle connections like the carry bag wish had compression sock to help with strap burn fast delivery easy checkout my suggestion is being it slides down make a buckle connection to hook to waist belt like a leg gun holster to help stop sliding down

8 days after the order and no arrival.
I have gone through two ripped quads and now a knee replacement is due. Problem, a company supporting medical issues with hardware braces to ship out. They don't give you an option on shipping.
Free shipping via USPS is all they offer. I am waiting on a the above order for a knee brace @ 145.00 + for 8 days now. I would gladly pay the extra next day or 2-3 day cost but no. No UPS or FedEx options are available? Really, are you kidding me? When I need relief asap with a bone on bone knee diagnosis.
I don't recommend this company, to slow to get you the product, no shipping options other than snail mail...

My experience has been wonderful with Braceability. Initially I called and asked to be tax exempt because we are a government agency. The lady was very nice and immediate requested my tax exempt form and explained that I should open a business account which I did. The price came down on my item and my purchase went smoothly.

This brace did nothing for my plantar fasciitis. All it did was make my big toe hurt. Very disappointing to say the least.

I ordered diabetic socks
I ordered diabetic socks. I wear a 10 /2 US shoe. I ordered an XL. Could not get my toes in it let alone my foot. Either I received the wrong size, package said XL or your size chart is WRONG. I could not even get my fist in the sock. Not happy at all.

I am older and ordered a brace I thought I would be able to use on my own. It turns out I could not and they were very easy to deal with for doing my return and refund. I will definately recommend this business to my friends and family for there needs. I will also use them again when the need arises.
