Received the items but wasn’t what I expected. Quality is good but not the style I was looking for. Asked to return.
Never received an answer. I do receive a lot of spam from them but not reply.
Just lost my money.

Ordered two hoodies the exact same size and fit. One turned up great and the other very small. Confirmed this was a production error after sending photos. The return was accepted although I have paid to return the item (which is mad considering I am only returning due to a fault on their end), they have had in their warehouse for almost a month (confirmed via tracked delivery) yet I can’t get a response about a refund. I tried regularly on both email and Instagram yet I am just ignored. I had once response saying the refund would be processed last Friday but this never happened.

Better off shopping somewhere that has a proper customer service and returns policy, especially considering they are clearly prone to production errors on their clothing.

Just don’t bother, not worth it. It is a shame because I really like the correct hoodie.

After placing a fairly large order all seemed well. However, I was never sent the items and waited patiently for a month to receive items I had paid for. After an initial lack of contact I attempted to seek some information about my order, I couldn't get hold of anyone at the company. The phone number just rings out and there was no room for any messages to be left (probably due to so many people not receiving their order). I emailed numerous times but to no avail. After a month I still had not received my items. It's now been 6 weeks since my initial order and there has still been zero contact from anyone at Branded. A disappointing experience all round and I advise people to avoid using this company for their blanks supplier. I do however receive emails regularly from them including this one asking me to review my experience. 100% failure.

When my delivery come the items where then wrong size I tried to send them back to get the right size and my return got rejected 🙃

'Requested' a return as thats the only option this company gives and no replies back to give the return after multiple emails. Terrible communication. Shocking honestly. Their instagram doesn't have many followers so they will be seeing their messages and they still ignore every message I have sent on there.

the hoodies is decent but its too small but maybe thats because i have a big head.They also beed to make the hoodie more cropped but apart form that the hoodie is good
