Tech Sandro Altamirano hung up on me after being frustrated for questions he was unable to answer.
I still have no answers. They have a good sales pitch on what they are going to do. How they will be in touch and hands on with the entire process. I left 3 messages to talk to someone and never got a response.

Brandrep just responded to my last review. They dismissed the fact that my account sat dormant for 3 months. They have not returned calls in regards to getting 3 months free because they either ignored me or I fell through a crack in their system. They are not helpful when I call and I would argue that I am on the Google page I am inspite of them, not because of them. Do your business a favor and do not use this company.

I’ve had BrandRep from 2020 til 2025 . Initially it really help and I was very satisfied. I called to cancel the other day and was told my website would be up until sept 17,2025 this now mid Aug, they have already cancelled my website and Iam very low on goggle again. I just feel like they are being funny with me and stopped all my services before they were actually supposed to! Poor business especially since I was a loyal customer for years.

I like the quick reply and openness they honor.

Okay my experience about this company much better than others last month i spent more 4 k with other company they took it the money then run away but brand rep the only one you can trust to pay to him for good Coustmer I I’ll pay to them by 6 months because I discovered the extent of care, expertise and attention to the customer. They deserve more than you think.

BrandRep has taken 3 months to get my dashboard set up. I have asked every month but it never got completed. I have yet to get any clients from their services and I do not believe they are worth the money I paid for them.

This company charged me 500.00 to start an advertising service. After 30 days I was not seeing any advertising rendered so I called and wanted to cancel the service. They refused to cancel my service saying I had a contract. They continued to send me codes and made appointments they did not follow through with. At the end of 6 months they charged the full amount and sent out my confidential information to collection companies that harassed me constantly to collect money, for a service that did not exist. This is a scam!

What made my experience so bad nobody picks up the phone. I was given a date and time and nobody showed . Unfortunately, nobody picks up the phone in customer service. Never complete project on time and after telling me, they never uploaded my website. I would never do business with them again. I prepared for my ad for six months and made the biggest mistake. All the time they while they were working on the website for two months will count against those six months that prepaid for advertisement. Maybe I will get 3 or four months of every time while I paid for six months.

Very supportive

Paying them too much money for such little return. They are not providing good customer service, actually haven't even had an email form them in over 2 years. They set your account up and leave it there. No adjustments, just collecting money for what they did early in the process of hiring. They will promise you the world and provide you with a bag of shi*.

Very straightforward and simple to deal with, kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had in between. Very much satisfied and will use them anytime I need help in this field
