I was a bit skeptical when my husband came to me with a plot of land Braveheart were selling, but I did my due diligence, made sure the plot was the right one for us (one in a place called Garve) and asked A LOT of questions! Nicola and Stephen were happy to answer these for me and my mind was put at ease. The sale has just finalised and by using the solicitor they recommended it was a speedy and simple process! Well guys anyone wanting to use auction buying I would recommend braveheart they sorted everything out I had to do nothing everything was done for me so if you need to use auction buying try them they have been doing it for years I had a piece of land in the highlands and they organised everything for the sale

This company has been expelled from the Property Redress Scheme for misconduct and misrepresentation - do not use. Illegal trading now.

Unlike some of the reviews we had a really good experience with Braveheart Auctions. We purchased a holiday home through them and they’ve been great, Andrew in particular who helped chase contacts, questions and get everything over the line. A local agent told me they couldn't sell my house because of structural issues. Braveheart were excited to take it on and sold it quickly. Easy to deal with.

As a lot of people are saying I payed a deposit for land that was mis sold. The lawyer the past me onto no longer deals with them. And has asked then not to give out his number.
Daniel has responded. But just be careful.
