I've been working in the field of teaching self care, energy healing, and working with angelic healing energy for over 30 years. The angels guided me to Brave Thinking Institute, and most especially to Mary Morissey. My experience with this amazing team of teachers, mentors and support staff has been awesome - going above and beyond in professionalism, curriculum, support and care. I also want to express my deep gratitude to Mary for her teachings. They always land for me, but this time, the invitation to “hit the pause button” really stood out. It’s such a simple yet powerful tool, especially in those moments that, up until now, might have sent me into a negative spiral.

I also loved the exercise where we identified a time we saw ourselves as the victim, and then consciously shifted that perspective to find the good within the experience. That was incredibly meaningful, and I can already see how valuable these teachings are, not only for me, but for the clients I support.
