we purchased a Savanna from Breeze and could not have had a better experience. We had the ability to configure our House from an amazing choice of options, agree an installation date to suit ourselves ( which we had to change and was accommodated without any fuss), and paid for a couple of weeks before installation.
we took up the offer of a factory visit which is well worth doing if you can afford the time, just to understand the process and care taken to make your ideal home. As for the installation day, great engagement from the logistics team and we could not have asked for a better team of fitters.. Jason and Sam both professional polite and knowledgeable and very very tidy! super work all a great team effort. As for the Savanna home , it’s superb!

Excellent service from day one - professional and friendly Sales team always ready to help with any questions we’ve had. Six great guys arrived right on schedule this morning and worked so hard and efficiently - we are now the very proud owners of a beautiful Oval Safari Breeze House - an upgrade from our previous Savannah! Thank you we’re delighted!

We’re absolutely delighted with our Savannah Breeze House from Malvern Garden Buildings. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it’s already become a favourite spot for relaxing and entertaining — we know we’ll get many years of pleasure from it with our friends and family.

Great product, beautiful building and fantastic customer service from ordering to delivery. Our second Breeze Hut - a slightly larger oval with two spaces for entertaining - lights ordered, heaters to be fitted, lovely colours on soft furnishings. Excellent garden addition for all year round outdoor living.

The team were prompt, friendly, professional and very tidy. The Savannah Breeze house was erected with seamless expertise. The actual Breeze house is of a very high quality and our overall experience from start to finish has been superb as we were kept informed throughout the process. We are delighted with our finished Savannah Breeze house and we would highly recommend Breeze house to everyone. 10/10

Just had our Savannah installed.
From our initial interest at Whitehall GC, a visit to the factory in Leek and installation earlier this week we have had nothing but first class service. In particular, I can’t recommend highly enough the Staff at Breeze House in Leek and the installation team. A visit to the factory was well worth the effort and the 110 mile round trip.

The whole process from initial viewing to delivery was a seamless exercise.
Correspondence with the office was was both timely, informative and professional.
Delivery and construction was also professional and uncomplicated and both representatives were helpful and a true asset to the company.
Overall the company was exemplary in every aspect and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone considering such a purchase.

Beautifully and creatively designed garden room with high quality, sturdy, sustainably-sourced materials and thoughtful details and features. A really inspiring creation that is calm, relaxing and a real pleasure to spend time in. The company were easy and a joy to deal with, responsive, super helpful and understanding. On I horrible day weather wise our fitters worked cheerfully and without complaint and did a fantastic job. We could not be more pleased with the result.

Great job on the instillation by a very polite team, and then conveying the basic use and upkeep instructions.
Subsequent to reporting a minor issue with the roof ceiling, a revisit to resolve was quickly organised and remedial action completed in very short time, again by polite and respectful workers.

We purchased a hut tub from Breeze House approx. 2 years ago when there was a 4-5 month lead time. The building project we had started was originally planned to be completed at around the same time, which would have aligned with the delivery.
Unfortunately, the build fell way behind schedule. The team at Breeze House were amazing and stored the hot tub until the build was completed.
We had the tub delivered up a very challenging hill / set of steps, they were very patient throughout the install. The tub was commissioned and works perfectly.
The service has been first class at every stage.

We signed up for a full year of maintenance with them as we hadn’t owned one before and (although it is simple to use and maintain) with it being an expensive item, we felt the full maintenance package was worth it, just whilst we get used to it.

Overall - we would fully recommend Breeze House and their services. They are very professional, friendly and good value for money.

From the experience of dealing with the representatives at the garden centre in Shepperton through keeping us informed during the period we were awaiting delivery, and then on actual delivery day, the service and attention to detail was second to none! We cannot speak highly enough about how refreshing it was to deal with a company that clearly knows its product and values its clients. Oh and by the way, the product is also truly excellent!
