A five star service from start ( enquiring at the ideal home exhibition ) to finish ( delivery and installation ) I have to say what a pleasurable experience it was dealing with such wonderful people including effective communication nothing was to much trouble, And of course the end product is pure quality and high end workmanship, the two young gentlemen who installed the product were prompt, very professional and polite !! I have no hesitation in recommending the product and company Keep up the good work !!!

Amber and all the team were so helpful and my Savannah Breeze house only took 2 hours to erect in my garden. It is the icing on the cake!

This was the second Breeze House we have purchased following moving house and leaving the previous one for the new owners.
Once again the process went smoothly and the installation was carried out by polite, efficient engineers.
The Savannah model is good quality and we look forward to many years of alfresco dining.

We've owned a Savannah Breeze house for 4 years and last year the company brought out an addition to the building in the shape of a book nook. As a treat to ourselves we purchased one to celebrate our Ruby anniversary. Ordered online and followed by emails and telephone calls, everything went smoothly. Amber and Sara are very polite when calling and the fitting team get on with the job, all done in an hour. Respectful and polite.

Fantastic company to deal with and excellent tiki hut. Fantastic team came and put the hut up in a few hours. Really friendly and courteous and gave a good briefing on care and use of the Tiki hut.

Arrived early and completed the job by lunch time. Very professional, polite and neat . Very pleased with the results. Have used on previous occasions and have always found the same.

Jason and Glen arrived promptly and lost no time in starting the installation. They worked very professionally in getting the job done and never tired of us taking pictures at every stage!

The two man team arrived early, they were polite and friendly. Having established exactly where we wanted it situated they wasted no time getting started and worked hard. It took them circa 4 hours to complete despite some torrential rain. We are delighted with the finished Oval, the handover was thorough and easy to understand. Well done the Breeze team, we highly recommend you, excellent product and service.

The team arrived early to install our Mara, without fuss they got on with the job in hand. It was interesting to watch such a well oiled installation. We had one eye on the weather with rain forecast but it stayed dry until the handover. Every thing was explained and we were pleased with the total job. The guys were a credit to Breeze House

Our Breeze House is just amazing and through the summer we use it every day, we cant imagine life without it. The staff are also so polite and lovely. Thank you so much!

Great service from a great team, we moved house and moved our Savana, the roof was at the end of its life and the location we were moving the house too, we wanted half windows all round. Amber and the team were great and they also noticed a couple of the main poles were rotting at the bottom so they arranged replacements.

Sam and the team who dismantled and reassembled the house were brilliant.

We have a 10+ year old house that looks new again.

We purchased a Savannah Breeze House at the BBC Gardener’s World stand. We agreed an installation date that was convenient for us. The factory visit is worth doing, as it made it easier to choose the upholstery colours and we made some changes to our order. The installation team were very friendly, efficient and answered our questions during the installation. The house is well built and makes a superb addition to our garden.

We purchased an ex display Savanna from Breeze House in Leek, the sales team were very helpful and talked us through the process.
As soon as we had the base ready we called and installation was arranged
to suit us.
The installation team were prompt, courteous and efficient.
It was completed in no time and we are delighted with our Breeze House.

Had seen the Savannah Breeze House on display in a well known store. Did not require the interior furniture so bought it direct from Breeze House. Being a design consultant in business over many decades I have to say this is truly the best commercial organisation I have bought from. Everyone I spoke to was very approachable, interested in my needs and answered every question. The Savannah is a fantastic addition to my garden and has greatly impressed my neighbours and friends. Only had it 6 days and am inundated with request for parties, BBQ's etc. so that friends can use it. The item is very well designed and engineered. The installation crew were very efficient and great ambassadors for the company. During the build every effort was made to ensure all aspects were completed as per my wishes. Am delighted with the product and hugely enjoy using it. Many thanks to all the team at Breeze House.

We have owned our Breeze Hut for 18 years which is a testament to the quality of the building.
This year Breeze Hut have given it a facelift with a new roof, liner and floor.
The company has been very helpful throughout. A great service from the office and on site the team have been a pleasure to have around.
All in all a first class service and a quality product which has last well in an exposed location.

We love our Breezehouse. We have had it for over ten years and in 2024 used Breezehouse again to relocate it. They did a fantastic job with this. Communication and efficiency superb too. This week we used them again for a minor repair and again excellent service all round.

Thank you Breeze for our beautiful Safari garden room , we needed some extra entertaining space and this has certainly done that. It is Beautiful .

From the experience of browsing breeze House extensive showroom with many different features and designs from choosing, securing, a full tour of where its made right down to the soft furnishings is second to none there was a team of four gentlemen who arrived and time was prompt too within a three hour period the breeze House was erected with very pleasing results very pleasant team answered any queries I had and very informative in fact from start to finish any representative for breeze House is a credit I would fully recommend and would not hesitate to purchase again.

We bought a Savannah Breeze House and are really delighted with this addition to our garden. It is used constantly and looks as though it’s been here for years. The build quality is first class and the workshop tour we did prior to our purchase was inspiring. I am joiner/ carpenter myself and really understand and appreciate the quality of this Breeze House.
