I cannot believe all the bad reviews after watching Mr Bill Watson explain everything on all of his YouTube videos I had the worst experience with his secretary I think her name is Michelle don't worry I recorded every conversation she called me a fraudulent criminal because I used my aunt's credit card for the down payment like I stole someone's identity LOL she should be fired on the spot immediately I called back several times I've emailed several times I kept copies of everything and I really want to speak with Bill Watson and no one will let me do it to let him know what's going on with his company so now I'm willing to pay the whole $1,600 up front not using their finance company and she hung up on me and told me that my name and number would be removed from their system how professional is that but that's okay because I'm driving to go see Mr Watson unannounced and I really hope Michelle is there so I could show her I am not a criminal I'm very angry right now because I love the work that he does it looks absolutely amazing he may not even know his workers are running his place down.... So if anyone knows how I could get in touch with him a straight phone number to his office without dealing with the devil herself I would appreciate it I only gave one star because I really have nothing to judge them on for the veneers only the very rude secretary...... I'm going to bring copies of all the emails and the phone recordings of the rudeness I received trying to do business with Mr Watson.... This company is the worst company I have ever had to work with. Their customer service need a serious overhall. I work in the serive industry and Oliva and Melissa from this company are why we get a back wrap. Rude doesn't even touch the experience I had. And the fact the finance company is only reachable via email and DO NOT respond. I'm trying to pay them and I think they want to have keep you in default so you can't receive.your products.
Edit: As of today August 17th, I have had the pleasure of communicating with Ms Michelle. She is the rudest human if had the displeasure of dealing with!! She was disrespectful from the jump. I'm not sure who she thinks she is, however she got the right one today. I wrote another review about MY experience which seems similar to others, She didn't like that. What they're doing is desitful and wrong. This woman needs to be fired ASAP.

I was going to buy the Bill veneers double arch. So I went ahead and finance them threw there THIRD PARTY they took out 244.00 from my checking account before I signed any contract. I decided I didn’t want to proceed with the veneers and emailed them about cancellation. They told me it will be 7 to 10 business days before the money will go back in my account. First of all it didn’t take them that long to take the funds out of my account. This is sorry. It’s going on day 8 now and still haven’t received the refund. Beware I might not even get my money back, I will update if I do. 7/24/23

I have had my veneers from Brighter Image for 3 years. They have made a huge difference in my smile and confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling to be able to afford expensive cosmetic dentistry and wants a positive outcome. I am ordering my second veneers cause I won't be without them!

So I started this adventure about 3 month after months of debating and dragging my feet I finally decided to pull the trigger and order a set. Customer service was great until I was late on a payment.. I decided to just pay them off early. It took the “finance company”MSC Development which is also owned by Brighter images owner Bill 5 days to release the hold on my account. I was told by one customer services rep from MSC that I needed to contact brighter image then brighter image told me I needed to get ahold of MSC I was so frustrated I told brighter image I was contacting my lawyer and attorney generals office I was then immediately told I could no longer use the chat feature because I violated some rule because I threatened them with a law suit. So now I have no way of contacting them also the people working there are lucky they will never see me face to face because at this point I’d probably Slap A Hoe!!🤣

We jumped through the hoops and paid the money and we received the impression kit. My husband read and re read the directions and we were both certain we had it just right. We did the upper and lower kits. Sent in the impressions and anxiously waited. NOPE…Impressions were unusable. Sent us another kit. Same thing, sent it in and waited anxiously. In the mean time the down payment was deducted from my account and it was close to time for the second half to be deducted and we were still in the impression stage. Word came and once again the impressions were unable. Another kit was send and my husbands frustrations grew. The third kit was done with perfect care and he and I both inspected the impressions with a fine tooth come. NO ERRORS OR SMUDGES OR SQUISH THROUGHS. They were perfect! We send them in, they deduct the second payment. At that time almost $1300 total for the veneers we chose and color, etc. waited again and finally an email…your impressions are unusable, we will send you another kit but after the 3rd we have to charge you for each kit until we get impressions that are usable in the 3d scan. We opted out and asked for a refund to cancel the process. Of course it was a sale price, special deal of some sort and they were unable to provide a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Every step in the process has been easy and the whole team has been fast to reply to any questions I've had. The impression kit was easy and timely as was the arrival of my veneers.

I received the bil veneer mould KIT in 2020. I needed to pay half upfront at the cost around $871.00
Unfortunately, my husband became ill for many months, passed away and I was left now with finances changing quite a bit. In 2021, I phoned to ask if I could finance the remaining $700 balance and was told I could not do that.
The audacity how such to take your $ and think it’s proper, ethical and moral to keep it; although they have performed NO service for you.
I called a couple weeks ago and the person couldn’t answer me given it was a weekend re: refund or solution to call on a weekday.
I phoned today and got Michele, (817) 509-2566 who right away chirped dismissively … “We don’t give refunds or credits”, but let me see what we can do and placed me on hold. She returned telling me there was no alternative because it was past 12 months. She was very obnoxious.
I remember how they were super kind upon accepting my money.
I am a disabled 62 y/o.
As far as I am concerned, they are thieves. I should’ve been credited MY money back when they refused the financing for the balance. Subtracting the cost of the veneer kit. Or, upon “closing the account” as she stated.
Again, I am NOT requesting credit or refund for any SERVICE PERFORMED!

Parsley, the veneers they make stain easily don’t brush them with a toothbrush because that will be basically the end for you they get where in tear very easily forget what they said about what you can do, but you cannot do you cannot eat with them in your mouth without looking embarrassed let’s see the Customer Service forget about it are the most I don’t know who the F#ck Dess, but the women are borderline rude and they speak to you as if they already know you which is the weird part they try to come off fake professional, but they’re dumb rude these veneers can last you for years and years and years bull!!! try one to five years tops before the where in tear starts to actually become real in your mouth. Long story short I just save your money and get DENTAL IMPLANT’s on the money that you’re spending on these dentures could be money that you could be actually saving for actual implants or at least a good down payment for them, but in my experience with them, I wouldn’t save your money!!!! You have been warned!!!!

Please check with the Better Business Bureau. The company has a 3.2 out of 5. Has a F with BBB and has had 68 complaints 17 of them within the last year. Please dont get scammed we all work really hard for our money.

I would give them a zero. My husband and I both order both upper and lower veneers. 2 sets. We paid extra for expedited service. Our orders came. Both of mine were there but the uppers were for someone elses mouth. My husband only got an upper his bottom was missing and the upper was to someone elses mouth. Weeks later the new order came for him and AGAIN the bottom is missing. They refuse to talk to us and will only let us email them because me talking to my husband in the background of the phone call made the girl say I was hollering at her and hurt her feelings when I wasnt even talking to her. Now we tried to call and are.told no you signed.for them and you got them when in fact we only got half our order for the 2nd time. Mine still has to be returned and I'm afraid we wont get that one back either. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND WHAT THEY PROMISED.

I can't believe the terrible experience I've had with the impression system! They made me wait for ages, and when I finally got my $2500 upper and lower veneers back, they were in horrible condition. The bottom was cracked and the veneers were falling off. And get this: they actually told me to use DENTURE BOND to keep them in place. What a joke! To make matters worse, there were two burn marks on them, like they heated them up way too much or something. When I asked for a replacement, they had the nerve to tell me to send them back again! Like I should be the one inconvenienced for their mistakes. I sent them photo after photo, and they still did nothing.
Let me tell you all, don't waste your money on their 3D printed veneers. There are pop-on veneers online that sell for HALF the cost and are way better quality. You won't even get to speak to someone in person, you're stuck with just emails and online chats. They are ripping people off with their cheap products and outrageous prices. I've been back and forth with them so many times, and they just won't do anything. If anyone else is having issues, let's band together and start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these scammers! We're paying $2400, and there shouldn't be ANY issues, especially when they're just printing plastic. Leave your reviews to warn others and keep them from stealing your hard-earned money. It's absurd for them to expect us to send back their faulty veneers after waiting THREE MONTHS for them. This is unacceptable!

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Read all the 1 bad star reviews before anything. Believe me I have been burned by this company. I do not care how many good reviews they have. They hold a policy with no refund. Customer service will hang the phone up on you.. went through 3 sets of impression kits with none of them being approved. A very slow process and when questioning them they seem to give only exusses. They find a way to scam you. Just reported them to the BBB. They will get your money. And you will be out your investment. Trust me STAY AWAY.
