Juliette was very helpful when I seeked help from a damaged door. Even though i ordered for my dad who lives far away from me Juliette was very helpful and understanding, after a little back and forth and then returning the door they could see was damaged and had another one sent out straight away.

As an animal charity we use incubators for many different animals and birds. So when an incubator was damaged through human error we needed to get it back up and running as soon as possible. The customer service are very helpful and gave amazing advice and sorted and dispatched new parts very fast and affordable. Would give 10 stars if I could

Emailed for help in finding a spare part for a TLC incubator and had a speedy, very helpful and friendly reply from Juliette (customer services). Ordering the part was easy and quick, and Juliette continued updating me on progress. She also was able to send me instructions for fitting the part. Thank you very much.

I received the Brinsea incubator and it was faulty. I contacted Josh at customer services who advised that I needed to purchase a new power supply and mains despite my incubator being less than one year old and using the original items. I registered by product for the warranty straight away and despite this I was left out of pocket. I feel very disappointed with the incubator and the service as prior to buying my purchase I had heard very positive things which was not the case when I raised my concerns.

My Brinsea eco mini 2 had temperatures thar fluctuated wildly between 97 f and 107 f. I always wanted one of your incubators since I got into raising chickens. The last two days have been a horrible nightmare. Thankfully the store took it back. Yes I tried to adjust the temperature with the little screwdriver but it did nothing at all.

Bought a Chicksafe Eco automatic chicken door. Excellent product and great service from Brinsea. Highly recommend this product and the company.

I started my incubating journey with a Brinsea Mini Eco and four years later I have just bought an Ova Easy 380 🙃
I cant rate these incubators highly enough, most I have bought second hand and if I have any niggles Brinsea go above and beyond to help and all spare parts are available online, the customer service is spot on and they really hold thier value second hand - as I have upgraded I have always got my money back on the model I sold - testament to the reputation of Brinsea.
The mini eco was a really nice intro model into incubating and is pretty fail-safe, however after that point I really love the automatic turning and humidity control.

The Hen automatic door opener is such great value , especially compared with similar products.
So simple to install & the LED lights indicating open, shut or low battery is a bonus.
An update on the hen house door opener. Still working great protecting our girls & a year & a half has past now.

We have two incubators a max11 advanced and an ovation advanced . Absolutely thrilled yesterday to get a100% hatch of Grey silkies from the max11. Now what I need to know is are there any video to show us how to give both incubators a deep clean, easy to do the inside bits it’s getting rid of the fluff that collects in the lid that you can’t get too.

Brought what I thought and what was sold as, a new incubator from their website only to find a post-it note inside the incubator box reading "41/17073 - CLEANED - ReBoxed as New 17/5/23 Re"...

Phenomenal company. Their products are second to none and when I had to cancel an order recently due to family illness they were so kind and helpful. Wouldn't use any other company for incubators. So pleased with them.

as a long time poultry keeper I have considered the products I buy with years of experience and information passed from others. I bought both a Brinsea Maxi incubator and a brooder panel because they are made from years of experience in this sector, in Britain, from replaceable parts and with a backup service for knowledge second to none, wouldnt have chosen anything else.

I got my first Brinsea (Mini Eco Adv) 10 years ago and have had great success since and it is still working well. Last year I got an additional incubator an Ovation 56. I have had fantastic results with it also. I have tried a number of incubators in the past but none even remotely compare to my Brinsea's. I would not go with any other incubator brand.

this was my very first incubator Mini 11Eco Incubator but i really loved hatching my own and this was to small although i still use it for letting my quail dry out.

Next i bought an Octagon eco which was great but i wasnt always arould or sometimes forgot to turn the eggs but its now become my little nursery for newly hatched seramas and call ducks.

I now am using 2 Ovation 28 Eco Incubator which are wonderful so easy to use and keep. even when i accidently lost one power cable i was able to buy a replacement from Brinsea.

I love my Ovaview and Ovascope which lets me see which are fertile and how they are coming on.

as well as my 3 adjustable eco glow brooders as im always afraid of those heat bulbs.

My Brinsea products are fantastic , i did start wit with a cheap chinese incubater 1st time it broke half way through and i lost 72 eggs. I would advise on never using these they are worthless.

Stick to Brinsea and you will have a great time hatching

We are a wild bird hospital and incubators are an essential part of our care for sick injured and orphaned birds. We have never found any to be better than Brinsea and have 3 different sizes for all shapes and sizes of birds. Highly recommend them and their customer service is excellent

Bought an egg candler and eco glow 600 brooder for my son and both are great. My son (7) spend days checking his chicken eggs and was able to ID fertile ones quickly. The chick brooder was quick and easy to set up and the birds never seemed too hot. Great stuff

A chance to survive. The circuit board in my Brinsea Mini 11 eco, incubator 1, failed recently. Possibly due to a power surge when had a power cut. Eggs were on their 7th day. Heated up incubator 2 and moved across. Had more eggs ready to set. People had requested ducklings from me. Brinsea very understanding and helpful.. Phoned me after exchanging emails. Relevant part posted 1st class, enabling my incubator to be repaired so new eggs could be set. They could have not done more. Marion L Stapleton Harley PUDDLES AND PALS.

I cannot praise Brinsea high enough. Their products are well designed and well built and the ladies in the office (namely Juliette and Emily) sort out any problems, going above and beyond. During recent lockdown, they arranged for the collection and return of my five year old incubator which had developed a problem from my home at just cost price. It was duly put right and returned in about a week in total. Brinsea is a big company but with the heart and soul of a family business.
