Having purchased several times from British Dog for containment system for our three dogs I had call to return an incorrect size collar. Despite the Leicester Central Delivery Office having a record of collection at 10.17 on 24.11.2017 British Dog are refusing to refund the cost of the collar. Response to the original request was delayed so long that it is now not possible to claim from the Post Office. Be very wary of needing to return anything to this company

Very helpful and informative when I telephoned for advice before purchasing a collar. I received the collar within a few days of placing the order and haven't looked back since! After carefully following the training programme for using the collar, I can now let my energetic pointer off the lead with the confidence that I can get him back to me. Both dog and owner are now finally enjoying going for a walk together!

The collar has transformed my dog's level of obedience. Walking is now far less stressful. The collar has also instilled in my dog the recognition that I am boss and she is far better behaved in general. On receiving the collar I had to contact British Dog to help me set it up. They were incredibly helpful and sorted out the problem immediately. - the problem wasn't with the collar, rather with me!

Bought the petsafe anti bark collar for my collie who barks in the car. Excellent results. Not a peep when he wearing it. Good product.

Fab delivery, very pleased with the collar , i had a lesson with my dog trainer to use the collar correctly, really pleased with the results.

After rehoming an 18 MTV Doberman bitch described as a poppet, I soon discovered I had a totally out of hand reactive dog that had experienced no socialisation and had a prey drive through the roof. I spent a lot on a trainer whom I realised was out of her depth as I am very experienced with the breed, found another trainer for advice and socialising and then finally solved her issues with your sports dog system. I now have a calm responsive dobie I can hike miles with over moors with my other dobe, let run with other dogs and have total confidence in. Thanks

Found this collar to be great, I was fed up buying collars that activated when other dogs barked, this one doesn't, perfect stopped my dog barking straight away.

Quality packing, service and delivery

As a customer of British Dog for several years I had to raise a query about a Dog Trace collar that developed an intermittent fault. Although my first two contact messages elicited no initial response I then received very helpful information from Beth along with follow up enquiries. She couldn't have been more helpful in addressing the problem.

On the whole ... I continue to recommend.

Really helpful to be able to talk through options and get proper personal advice on how to use the kit. The collar is fantastic, the dog is so much better behaved and I am better at handling her, all without any stress on her and certainly in no way detrimental to her well being - I recommend without any hesitation.
