Quick response, easy to deal with and seamless installation, Dean was really easy to deal with replacing 2 x blown windows. From my experience, I can recommend British Glass and Glazing highly.

My window had been smashed by vandals. I called various companies who wanted high prices for slow work. Dean at the Peterborough branch of British Glass and Glazing did fabulous work within 24 hours of my calling them. Very neat and tidy work. My window was quickly fixed and price reasonable. I'm a greatful customer and will definitely use the company again when I can afford to upgrade my windows to double glazing.

Great company to work with. We needed our 100+ year old Heritage Sash windows renovated/refurbished as they were In complete disrepair. The knowledge and experience of the team was the best I found and turned up on time. Completed all our Sash windows to a very high standard including changing all the Sash cord and Draught proofing. I called these guys on Saturday evening after an attempted brake in after trying other 3 glazing companies without a success. I got a call back and an engineer out within 1h of my call. Engineer that came to do the works was very efficient I think his name was Harry if I remember right. Thank you for great service. Definitely recommend.

We had all our Sash windows overhauled / Refurbished along with a few panes of glass replaced.While at our property they also adjusted our Bi-Folding doors leading to the terrace.I would Highly recommend the British glass and glazing teams for all your glazing requirements.

I will share below my extenuating experience with British glass and glazing , the downsides they can create for you are just unimaginable .
Look for a legit company for the sake of your sanity and your financial health .

- August 2022: I live in a block of flats in central London and there was a small crack in the lower panel of my sash window ; a pretty easy job, even if they charged me £410 — but they came, removed the sash , replaced the glass.

- Few days later I see that one of the sash ropes is missing; after multiple emails pictures and calls to prove that the rope was in place before they came , the guy adds it back

- October 2022: the building surveyor sees that the exterior of my window is cracked (after being refurbished in July 22 and signed off by himself ). In addition the putty used around one of the glasses is dark and poorly applied . The freeholders reach out to me ; this is a conservation area and I have to rectify such issues

- I contact British glass and glazing with pictures and explanation of the issue to ask that they rectify the poor job they made . I get no response for weeks , after multiple chasing and excuses, they reply that they don’t see issues with the lack of professional standard or complete unawareness of central London requirements.

- November 2022: I am now evaluating legal action due to the sheer negligence by this company

Be very careful , if you have a sash window don’t let them touch any corner of it or they will ruin you
