We ordered a pair of curtains from British Made Interiors previously, and being an online company, it felt a bit of a risk. They were perfect. No hesitation ordering from BMI for the lounge which is our big spend. Ordered lots of samples first; the range is huge. Instructions on how to measure are clear and ordering is straightforward. The curtains were a few days late, but we were kept informed, and boy, were they worth the wait! Perfect fit, excellent workmanship and all round fabulous. We are incredibly pleased. Just love them 🥰

I had a Roman blind made with some beautiful fabric by Designers Guild, and I am delighted with both the service and the product from British Made Interiors. I can highly recommend their very friendly customer care, great prices and beautiful blind.

We ordered 6 cushions, the process of ordering was very easy, our delivery instruction was adhered to and we were kept up to date on progress, on receipt the product is of excellent quality and exceptionally well made. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Such an amazing service. Quality is superb and they went above and beyond to finish them quickly for us.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Website notes that orders are shipped within 10-20 working days, it has now been 45 days since ordering and still no sign of one of the pair of curtains I ordered. I am aware they have a broken machine, however the only way I receive updates is by making contact myself, I have been told they will be ‘shipped next working day’ twice now and still haven’t received anything. I paid a lot of money for the curtains and the only compensation I have received so far is the offer of a free cushion! So disappointed as the first pair I received were great quality but the customer service has been pretty poor. I don’t appreciate being told false information and also having to make contact twice weekly for updates.

We used BritishMadeInteriors for curtains throughout our new home and they were absolutely fantastic. The service and quality is second to none, and far superior to anything you'll find on the high street. Great range of fabrics at great prices - will be coming back for cushions soon!

Stumbled across this Firm whilst searching for a bed valance. Friendly and efficient service and my valance is beautifully made and looks fabulous. Delivered promptly in the time frame promised. An added bonus that my purchase is made locally. Would definitely use British Made Interiors again.
