Some of the items I had selected for a 'build-your-own' gift box were substituted for inferior products, which I only found out about when I spoke to the recipient. I feel that either the inventory should have been correct on the website when I made my order or I should have been informed if items were needing to be substituted and given a choice, or a refund.

A lovely website to navigate through. I liked the fact you can choose your own gifts to put in to the hamper . Therefore spending as much or as little as you like and also choosing the perfect gift for the recipient. Will definitely be revisiting. I came across the website accidently!

no sign of package which apparently was shipped on 17th May, notified that it was delivered, it wasn't, then notified that the address couldn't be found and it could be collected, it couldn't. then notified that it was returned to warehouse and could I send another address, I did, still no sign, no answer to emails, no refunds, it's 3rd July now.....

I think the whole process was great, but I don't think the exact items I chose actually ended up in the box...for example, my aunt reported a different candle than the one I ordered. That's the only thing I didn't like - my choices being swapped out for something slightly different. But not that big of a deal.

Easy site to use, packages delivered swiftly, good quality contents.

I ordered from the States and sent a custom box to my Dad in the UK, as he was recovering from an operation. The website was easy to use and delivery quick. There were a few items out of stock that I would have like to have included in the box which was a shame. Apparently everything came attractively wrapped and he was really pleased to receive the gift.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the boxes as prizes for a competition with a tight deadline and encountered some issues booking online. A call to the service number and all was sorted promptly, and on top of that extra speedy delivery was facilitated. The recipients of the boxes are very happy with its content. Thank you - would definitely book again.

Lovely business and even lovelier owner. I have arranged Brown Paper Packages for my colleagues twice now. The first time (which was a while ago) we had a few issues with the courier which was easily rectified, but second time around delivery had vastly improved and we had no problems at all. Helen couldn't be more accommodating when working to our budget and customising the boxes to fit what we wanted :)

Good selection of products and everything arrived as expected and the recipient loved the gift. One star was deducted as I was not able to add items to my gift box at one point and the screen was frozen on an item page. I subsequently came back another day to complete the purchase.

Brilliant! BPP has got a great selection, this time I picked fuzzy socks and a blanket and my family loved them, they're very happy <3 I love that they have different cards to pick from and let you add your own message to them. The delivery arrived on time even though Valentine's is a very busy time!

1st time ordering and had to order multiple parcels to different addresses.
The website made this an easy process and there’s a big ranges of boxes to choose from.plus using DPD meant it was easy to track and got a really precise time slot - will definitely use again

Super shop! I bought a hamper for my daughter and chose all sorts of goodies which was fun to do and my girl loved the hamper!
It was an international delivery and there were some issues with the delivery, but Helen from Brown Paper Packages was really on it & helped to sort it.
My daughter was thrilled with her gift and I would highly recommend
