Nice trophies, easy to personalise and very helpful staff

From the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands with Brunel.
Their customer service is top notch - no complaints
The Glass trophies arrived safely, packed securely with no breakages. A great job and I will definitely be revisiting same time next year.

excellent service

Thanks very much for fulfilling the order for the Lions Young Ambassador Competition to a very high standard. Communications were superb, the trophy's were delivered quickly and the quality of them was fantastic.

Thank you so much!

It was very successful, the glasses were much admired.
If I had one bit of feedback, organising celebratory items for groups of people can be a little stressful, ie. timing, appearance, etc so a little more hand holding and timing reassurance would have been welcomed. A text, a telephone call....?

Used Brunel for 25 years, always found them really good, always done quickly

We ordered an engraved cut glass Paperweight for the judge at our Championship Dog Show. We have purchased these lovely paperweights for the past 3 years. It was my error tjat I had forgotten to place the order, realising only 2 weeks before the show owas to be held on 17th Jan 2026. Brunel were very good and fast tracked my order to ensure it arrived on time. Excellent service and beautiful product.

I was asked to order some glass engraved trophies for our office Christmas party - a week before. The average turn around for glass engraving seems to be 6 working days, so I was worried about getting them in time.

Brunel had a fast track option, the trophies arrived with a day to spare (pre-Christmas, a busy time of year for both awards ceremonies and parcel deliveries!) and looking great.

The custom decanter was a hit!!! :) nearly brought my dad to tears. Posted a picture of the finish product on Instagram and several of my friends have asked for a referral. 11/10 recommend as a gift for someone special

Very good customer service and excellent job done.

I ordered a trophy and went back and forth with designs. The amendments were made straight away. The actual trophy looked better in reality than I had expected. Overall, a quick and efficient process.

Did a great job and in very little time. Nice folks and easy to deal with.

We ordered the Clear & Blue Curve Glass Award from Brunel Trophies for our World Arabic Language Day celebration, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with, and our order was handled with great care.

The award itself was beautifully made, with outstanding quality and a really elegant finish. It looked even better in person than we expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such a high-quality product.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for well-made awards and reliable, professional service.

I have used Brunel over several years and have always been impressed with the quality of the items I have purchased and the engraving. Even if it is an urgent rushed order, they go out of their way to meet our delivery dates without any effect on the quality. I would highly recommend.

Repeat customer. Bought another shield for a new division in our local badminton league. Purchase was turned around quickly and great quality.

Very helpful response to enquiry and made the whole process from ordering to receipt seamless. Highly recommend

Great service as usual
