Amazing quality of fabrics at great prices. I received my order the next day. The quality is truly extraordinary. Very happy with the purchase and service. I would definitely buy again.

Worst Customer Service EVER!
I rarely get to watch your videos live, but I do watch them… I can’t say that I’m a fan of the way you interact with your customers and the crude comments that you make. A good example of this would be the ‘Pussy’ comment made by the ‘Boss man’ in your latest auction video! (All of your videos seem to have these sexual undertones & if its not that, it’s someone burping for the camera!)
I probably wouldn’t of mentioned any of this had I not witnessed exactly the same kind of appalling behaviour when I visited your shop recently! (Not every customer appreciates an innuendo!)
I decided not to buy anything from your shop because I couldn’t bear to be served by your staff… I don’t think I could of held my tongue if I was spoken to in that manor!
The last straw came when I overheard one of your staff offering a discount for a 5 Star review! I would of dismissed this as ‘tongue in cheek’ but more evidence of this can be seen in another one of your videos where you ask for 5 Star reviews to balance out some negative ones… You then proceeded to to mock customers who had made complaints!
I have worked in customer service for long enough and you don’t seem to follow any of the basic ideals in satisfying a customer complaint! (Even in other reviews on your Facebook page, you can see that you try to palm off the blame one way or another instead of coming up with a solution!)
If I was only allowed to use one word per Star rating to describe BST Fabrics it would be “UNPROFESSIONAL”
I go as far to say that I wish there was an option a for zero Star rating!
I will never set foot in your shop again!

Fantastic company
Fantastic company to deal with always friendly and up for a laugh and the fabric is fabulous and very competitively priced.
The easily offended though should probably avoid as their sense of humour isn't everyone's cup of tea x
