$500+ Technical Loss due to force closure of position by system
As a VIP3 user (the highest client level on this platform), I expect a certain level of reliability and professional support.The Primary Issue: Systemic Liquidity Failure
On March 27, 2026, the system forcefully closed my INDIA50 positions at 08:40:46, despite my account having more than enough margin. The platform explicitly notified me that this was a "technical issue with our liquidity provider." This backend infrastructure failure resulted in a loss of approximately $500, completely disrupting a well-planned, long-term hedging strategy.
Unreliable Payment Infrastructure:
In addition to this loss, I have faced constant issues with deposits and withdrawals due to unstable UPI routing. For a platform targeting serious traders, the inability to move funds smoothly is a major red flag.
Lack of Accountability:
I have been discussing this with my Account Manager and Customer Service for days. While they admitted to "missteps" and technical disruptions, they are still hesitating to provide a full credit for their own system's error.
Being a VIP3 client should mean my capital is safe from platform glitches. I am sharing this publicly to warn other high-volume traders: if the system fails, BtcDana may leave you to bear the cost.

I started trading on BTCDana with just…
I started trading on BTCDana with just $10 and, using my own knowledge, I successfully grew it to $550. However, the major issue started when I tried to withdraw my funds.
Despite multiple attempts, not a single withdrawal has been processed. On top of that, there is no proper customer support available to resolve the issue. No response, no guidance — completely disappointing.
A platform where you can deposit and earn but cannot withdraw and cannot even get support is highly suspicious and risky.

Withdrawal not credited even after 72 hours
I made a withdrawal request vide Order no ITX1020260202988539 on 02.02.26. It is showing as successfully processed on 03.02.26 at 16:50. However even after 72 hours the amount was not credited. I repeatedly contacted the live chat and also have emailed the same at their support email id on 04.02.2026 and 05.02.2026 but no solution has been provided until 06.02.2026 when the amount was refunded back to my Btcdana account and it was informed that the bank processing failed. I don't know how. Anyway the problem is solved now after a lot of harassment. Btcdana should improve its customer support.
