I tried to contact customer service but I could not reach it. My complain is about that everytime that I chose a dress the currency was changed in dollars. I'm in UK and I want to keep it in british pounds.
No impressed it!

I bought two kimono robes. These robes are NOT as advertised: They are not produced in a “cotton/linen blend” and the fabric is definitely not “luxurious”

The fabric is a viscose blend at best. Highly flammable with no labels in the garments.

The workmanship and quality of the stitching and overall production is absolutely appalling.

The images on their website show models wearing a more structured product made from a completely different fabric.

Refund process slow and onerous and they won’t acknowledge wrong doing so have to pay for postage to china. I have reported to PayPal.

❌ Disappointing and misleading experience
I ordered the Dark Blue Velvet Bow Lantern Sleeve Mini Dress based on the photos and the description. However, what I received had absolutely nothing to do with the product shown on the website: different design, poor quality, and fabric that resembled a cheap costume.
The photos clearly do not reflect reality. The money I paid is not even remotely justified by the product I received.
I would not buy again and I would not recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want unpleasant surprises.

This website is a fake and fraud and do not order from them!

Their products popped up on my Facebook I looked at it and they had lots of varieties of satin, cotton and linen kimonos. I ordered one, I received a totally different, cheap looking polyester kimono with zero label. I was horrified. Contacted them to return their shitty product and they responded from a dodgy email address, they then offered 15% refund and for me to keep the product. I refused. They then offered 35% refund and for me to keep the product. Also gave me shipping address to China, said they will charge me for the return fee. I have already paid for the product and the shipping fee when I placed the order. So why they want to charge me again ludicrous! This experience has really put me off online shopping for life. It’s disgusting to scam people.

Total false advertisement. I ordered an elf ornament and received a shrinky dink piece of crap on a twist tie with the picture of the ornament. FALSE ADVERTISING! SCAM!!

It took forever to receive my wig just for me to take it out the bag in see that it looked nothing like what I expected. I ordered the:Glueless Brazilian Natural Black Long Curly Wig......DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME...its not worth it.

They are from China. Sent wrong item. Return policy is ridiculous and not useful. Took my money for a product that was a piece of garbage!
I would never use them ever again!!!

Do not buy anything from Bubblems, it’s a scam! I purchased 4 Kimono robes for my daughters for Christmas. They were advertised with beautiful photos and claimed to be linen. When received the robes were cheaply made, short, small and not linen. Returning is a nightmare costing more than they are worth.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!
I bought some boots that were advertised off Pinterest for 150 dollars and they sent boots that looked nothing like the picture, they were low quality, NOT real leather like it was advertised and they made me return the packeg and have not given my refund back... Its been 2 months!

CHEATING AND FRAUD IS WHAT THIS COMPANY DOES!!!!
On the website they sell their clothes as being beautiful, sustainable and in good quality. But what you get is totally poor quality and in polyester. The sizes are completely wrong and all in all the items you buy there are just for throwing in the trash - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!!

Fake AI ads on pinterest, quality is very poor

Scam to the core. I saw a pair of shoes on Pinterest, clicked the link, and placed an order using PayPal. The order was confirmed with a fake-looking receipt. The next day, an attempt was made to withdraw money from my account by a company registered in Hong Kong, through PayPal. I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my card. After that, everything went silent—no updates on the shipment. I later checked Trustpilot reviews, saw the red flags, and contacted PayPal. They took up the case and refunded my money. Avoid this company completely.

Ordered a dress, received confirmation of delivery and no dress was delivered. Not at neighbor, locked mailbox or home. Response was sorry, it says delivered. Total scam, do not use this site unless you have money to throw away.

Sus diseños son los mismos que de Alanduo, por lo que se deduce también es una empresa que ofrece prendas de lino y algodón y te envían poliéster estampado. No se dejen engañar no malgasten su dinero

På billederne i web shoppen er kimonoerne så smukke og der står de er lavet ef en smuk blanding af bomuld og hør. Det passer ikke, de er lavet af polyester, str. er ekstrem små, så hvis du normalt bruger en str. 36, skal du der bruge minimum en str. XL. Derudover er de SLET IKKE nær så smukke i virkeligheden, men ligner en billig klud som slet ikke lever op til deres billeder.

Début juillet 2025 j'ai commandé 2 robes sur le site de Bubblems, pour 64,09 €.
A réception :
- La matière qui devait être 100% coton est en fait 100% synthétique.
- La longueur : il en manque 24 cm.
- La largeur des manches 3/4 : impossible de les enfiler tellement elles sont étroites du bas (je fais une taille 38).
- Les petites fronces à la taille : sont en fait 6 gros plis plats.
- Les couleurs ne correspondent pas : trop flashi !
- Défaut de couture à la taille.
Après 10 jours d'échange de mails, à chaque fois ils me proposent 5% de plus, pour arriver à 25%, et c'est tout, ils ne veulent pas rembourser intégralement.
Puis plus rien, plus de réponse de leur part ! Je leur ai envoyé par mail les photos de leurs pubs et les photos de ce que j'ai reçu : pas de réponse !
Voilà, avec Bubblem's j'ai perdu 64,09 €.
Et je me retrouve avec 2 robes immettables, et un silence radio assourdissant !

Everything went well with my purchase of a great shirt until I realised that I needed to change the size of the item I purchase (my error) and I couldn’t get any response to 4 emails so far. Not any response whatsoever.

Grrrrrrrrr so bad!!!!!!

Es un timo, la pagina ofrece un producto que no es el que entrega, con una diferencia de calidad extrema.
Ni el material, anuncian lino y dan polyester
Ni el corte, que no se parece a los modelos
Ni el estampado, que no coincide.

Les advierto no pongan su dinero aquí.

Scam fraud website pretending to be someone else. They have fraudolently taken reels and phots from tulsishop Instagram feed with no authorization. They pretend to sell tulsishop collections at dead stock cheap prices just to ship out filthy pieces of fabrics that has nothing to do with what advertised. Beware and stay away from those scammers
