Budgetcues has a good selection of pool cues, but the shipping took longer than expected

There is no way to call this company. Make sure you want what you’re buying, because their return policy is extremely one-sided. If it’s a sale item, discontinued and several other things I can’t remember now, they won’t take the cue back. And, they won’t even send a customer-paid mailing label if you’re lucky enough to have a returnable item. I found way better, more customer friendly terms after I’d already gotten involved with these guys. Good luck!

Sent an email prior to placing my last order, to check if it was possible to use a different courier than usual, because the shippingcosts to Norway were high. Julia replied almost instantly and was very, very helpful. We had a nice conversation and she sent my order to a mutual friend of ours in the US. On my order she also put in lots of extras that i'm most grateful for. Customerservice second to none. Great prices and knowledge on different brands that is unique to the business. My go-to store for any kind of billiards related stuff.

Let me start by saying the level of service I got from the BudgetCues team was absolutely incredible and I will definitely be doing future business with them.

This is a bit of a story, but I ordered a new Meucci Casino-7 in spades with an uncoated wrap. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted BudgetCues and worked with Julia. She and her whole team made everything right without missing a beat. I was able to get the original cue out the door the same day she and the team contacted me. At the same time they already had my replacement cue over to Meucci to finish the custom job. After that it showed up 3 days later. I am so thankful and impressed with the level of service I received. I will NOT hesitate to do further business or to recommend BudgetCues to others.

The cue itself is amazing. I own multiple cues from multiple brands. The way this plays is amazing. It has such a soft feel with such a high level of control. It is also one of the most beautiful cues I now own. I am still getting compliments about it. Thank you once again to Julia and the BudgetCues team. You've definitely gained a lifelong customer

Your return policy make the difference. I would not want to pay that much money for a stick without being happy with the way it plays. Customer service has been exceptional with this company.

I ordered my meucci cue. It costs over 900$...lol. I saved up for a couple months and sold a couple of my good old cues. And bought this cue. I had them inlay my name . And it looks awesome. I received my cue in 3 days and its awesome. And it looks amazing. Thanks for the great work . Thank you... thank you. Matt.

Overall a good experience and quick shipping! Will shop here again, just placed my order for the Meucci Carbon Pro shaft. love that I was able to give them the dimensions for a flush fit as well as have them match my collar to my Meucci Natural Diamond Pro.

I have just recently spent $1300 on their website and they have took the money out of my account and I still have not got a order number or a tracking number and I got overnight shipping and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past two days can anybody help me with a contact number instead of an email or a certificate to send in to them because they are not replying back

Absolutly everything I asked for I received and at first I was super nervous it was a lot of money. When I got my be-1 style meucci and I looked at it for the first time I was blown away at the level of craftmanship. Very very clean cut and balanced perfect , the sanding of the stick was by far the best part such a perfectly sanded 5 coats of uv poly . Then I shot with it absolutly has increased my accuracy quite a bit , it feels very solid to hit with I hit the cue ball just a tiny bit and a get way more accurately placed power just a tiny bit of hit produces a rocket ship for me I'm so blown away absolulty in love with my meucci. Now my brother bought a lucasi hybrid custom for twice as much its shoots great but the level of craftmanship out into the cue is no where near mine. Sincerely salvatore viele

Great company to order from. I made an error on my order and the customer service immediately responded to help resolve MY error. They even refunded the price difference between my options.
