Bujairami Reviews 

I ordered a perfume, recieved confirmation emails etc and two days later I get an email telling me its out of stock.
I informed them that it is still listed as available to order and they Informed me that their website takes 5-7 days to update.
Firstly they offered me a credit but I declined and asked for a full refund which they obliged but note it was not offered.
Its 2026 and you cant keep your stock levels accurate ir provide me with information of when it will be restocked.
What a joke

Missing item from my order and send multiple emails about the issue and calling their numbers but I haven't got any response. The rumors about their customer service being crappy are all true. I am a big fan of their perfume but they need to do better with their services

Shipping took way too long for a bottle of perfume, purchased a week ago and now they just packed and ready to send??

I visited this perfume shop expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but I was disappointed to hear the islamic prayers being played throughout the store. As a customer, I believe businesses should provide a welcoming and neutral environment for everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs. Playing religious recitations in a retail setting made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I respect everyone's right to practise their faith, but I don't believe a shop open to the general public is the appropriate place to broadcast religious content. I hope the owners will consider choosing neutral background music instead so that all customers feel equally comfortable.

I have purchased 3x different fragrances from Bujairami from their branch in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Firstly I’d like to say the staff there are brilliant and extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly.

I purchased 1x bottle of their take on Aventus Absolu by Creed, 1x bottle of Monkey Special by Xerjoff, and 1x bottle of their take on Oud Zarian by Creed. I have to say, i was extremely disappointed by 2/3 of them.

I’m not sure how they perform on others, but on me 2/3 of the fragrances I purchased haven’t lasted longer than 1 hour on me before they barely become a skin scent.

I’m not sure if I got a bad batch of them, or they need to macerate longer but I have to say this is disappointing to say the least.

Ordered halo it smells just like the original Grand soir Recieved bottle in 3 days, I've ordered multiple bujairami fragrances on another site too have had no problem with receiving my order

Horrendous performance. Bought Hectic, Rizz, Mojito Splash, Psycho and Legacy, on the opening they actually all smell pretty nice and project well - this lasts on average about 30-50 minutes and then they go to a very intimate skin scent where no one around me can smell them.

This is from 15 sprays as well.

Longevity is maybe 3-4 hours but I have to really press my nose against my skin to smell anything.

To do 15+ sprays of an Extrait and for no one to smell you within an hour is really crazy.

So disappointed as they’re so hyped up by everyone online, they were all maturing for 5-6 weeks, saw little to no improvement, they just don’t last at all.

Feel like I’ve been scammed really. Will never buy from Bujairami again.

The customer service here is completely hopeless. Operating a business that sells replica products doesn't mean you should treat your clientele cheaply. A lower-priced product line shouldn't equal lower-quality respect.

Disappointing performance — triggers headaches and sniffles

I noticed a major issue with Bujairami perfumes. Every single time I spray them and step outside, the fragrance completely evaporates within minutes. It has zero staying power outdoors. Worse than that, whatever synthetic ingredients or aromachemicals they are using immediately trigger a bad headache and make me start sniffling. I wanted to love this brand because of the price, but the terrible longevity and the physical sinus irritation mean I can't recommend it. and at times of return they just don't care and no support

Their perfumes are incredible. I did have an issue with tracking numbers not being sent but through communication, it was sorted. The customer service was first class. I would not hesitate to purchase from Bujairami again.

Just received Mafia Boss and Oud Money today. I have a collection now, genuinely happy customer.

Don't buy from them. Their website said they had stock they didn't. They said they refunded me but they didn't. I've sent so many emails and they're ignoring me. Terrible customer service. I've had to put in dispute with my bank to try to get my money back.

I placed an order and got an order number, when l go online it says order number does not exist. Have sent emails and been into a store and they cannot help me. The store even confirms it’s difficult to deal with them online

I wrote a glowing review on their perfume I received few days ago and am retracting everything I said apart from the fact the packaging box and perfume bottle is attractive.

After ONE only application of the EDP on my neck, I broke out in itchy red lumpy rashes all over within a few hours which I had to wash off and apply antiseptic repeatedly all night to relieve the itching. I will not be repurchasing ever again. There is a disturbing 'after smell' very strong bitter chemical smell that lingers on and remains after the initial opening notes, after this the perfume scent disappears and all that remains is this bitter chemical stink.

After reading other feedback about how bad and unresponsive customer service is, I have little hope of returning item for a refund. I wonder now whether Buijairami is using unapproved unsafe cheap chemicals to churn out their perfumes in thousands.
Suffice it to say I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Customer communication non-existent, have placed an order and has been many days without it being shipped. Tried emailing with no reply back. Buyer beware, maybe go visit their physical shop instead…

Weak and not projection or lasting power at all…you get what you pay for 🥴

I received my order but it was missing items, I have emailed, rang them, used their chat and tried to WhatsApp them to no avail.. Like others that have left reviews, their after service is non existent.

The customer service is amazing talha very helpful knew his way around all the colognes overall amazing experince

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing the rest of the reviews, I felt inspired. I have 7 fragrances from bujairami, it wasnt mistake, I genuinely loved 3 of them and will consider rebuying. But my problem with it is , some bottles Don't last long , pojection is weak and then some are strong. It's very hit or miss. I do love some fragrances but I also agree with some of these comments here saying there is a chemically smell. I cannot prove they are being made in India or they are toxic chemicals. But my skin does get itchy and red sometimes, which doesn't happen with my 31 other bottles of cologne from differing brands. Bujairami is a good bargain find. For all those people who haven't received their items and they live overseas. Do not worry, he is not a scammer, it really is a legit business but I do agree with the skin rash and weak colognes. Otherwise my strongest scent has been madness and stronger with you intensely. Customer support is basically non existent online. GG
