No communication
Was sceptical using them to begin with, never heard of them before - probably because they’re bulk sellers and I only wanted a tracksuit. Ordered a tracksuit from them, with RoyalMail48 postage on a Monday before 12. Was shipped on time according to email confirmation but then everything went a bit pear shaped. Should’ve been delivered on a Wednesday, now it’s Friday and the tracking service hasn’t updated at all - stuck on “we’re expecting it”.
This review isn’t about the authenticity or “legitness” of the site, it’s down to communication and service. I emailed them 3 times, as well as DMd them on instagram, no response. I contacted RoyalMail who advised me the seller, BulkActivewear, needs to contact them to initiate an investigation. However, as they weren’t replying to my emails, messages etc, I had no way of getting an investigation into this “missing” parcel started. I’ve assumed that they did ship it out, and it ended up getting lost in transit by RoyalMail, but some sort of communication would’ve been nice? I’ve had to contact my bank in order to get a refund, which is a bit of a hassle and would’ve been a lot easier if these guys had just communicated with me.
The rest of their reviews are great, and I wish them all the best. Just telling my experience, and hopefully they can improve on this going forward so no one else has the same experience.
