Great hat. I just got back from the United States and couldn’t pack a stiff cowboy hat in my bags so I bought one here. The hat is excellent quality and much cheaper than the real things in the U.S.

I came across Cotswold Country Hatter and found the perfect hat. I'm really happy with my Harris Tweed hat excellent quality and style!

Not even 1 star - Item paid for, not delivered contacted various times absolutely zero response disgraceful - DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY - the good reviews clearly written by themselves !!!
DO NOT BUY FROM BULLANTIC
I bought a hat from Bullantic on January 21 2026.After it was shipped I told them I wanted to return it because I had never seen any of these hats in person and realized that Brixton hats are much nicer.They answered giving me a tracking number and told me that they would refund me when they received the hat.The so called tracking number was not recognized on either the Royal Mail or Canada Post websites.I wrote them about ten times to tell them but no reply!! I even wrote to Maz Accessories because I think their website was what referred me to Bullantic for international orders.The person at Maz told me that they had a personal friend at Bullantic and would tell them.Still nothing.Finally the hat arrived and I returned it the following day.I waited and waited for a refund until yesterday when the hat was returned to me because Bullantic rejected it!! I wasted $13 sending it to them and Canada Post demands another $13 to get it back but I will probably just leave it with Canada Post! Over a month ago I opened a dispute with my bank for this transaction.Bullantic has been ignoring them too!! My bank does however,think I will win the case.There is no shortage of much much better online sellers!! Also,only buy when you can use Paypal!!
Update April 20 2026:My bank closed the dispute in my favor so not only was Bullantic forced to give me my money back but they sent me their hat back too.I gave the hat to a friend.
This is a fraud
This is a fraud, I have no other way to describe it. I've placed an order for 3 hats on the 3rd of February 2026, to be shipped to The Netherlands. No update, no shipping notification nor response to my numerous emails to both info@bullantic or info@mazlondon.
They are pointing out to the app "Shop" to keep the track of the order but the status is the same for the past three and a half weeks - Waiting for details.
I cannot rate the products, never got them. I cannot rate their customer support - there is none, they have been ignoring emails and I've been asking for a feedback on shipping or to cancel the order.
This is to be reported to the authorities.

AFTER 4 WEEKS of emailing and on line chat they said "We have sent her several emails and, after discussing it in live chat, we agreed on the XL size. This situation feels quite immature, and I'm concerned it may harm our reputation. As a result, we will not be sending the hat due to the negative reviews left . This behavior is completely inappropriate, especially after we reached an agreement. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the dispatch, and you can continue with your review, but this is entirely unacceptable.
11:54 AM so if they take your money and dont send the item if down to you ,,,so stay away no phone and no cutomer service too ....

So Bullantic have been on to Trustpilot for more details to understand my experience. They have received several emails from me about my experiences and have not responded. My review on the 27th of January says everything about the whole process. I even sent Bullantic several emails recently to refund my money or I would leave a bad review again.( I removed previous bad reviews on the understanding that they said they would refund me and they haven’t).

à ce jour, je n ai aucune info de suivi et n ai pas été encore livrée. j ai essayé de les contacter par mails ( 3 adresses mail différentes ainsi que par chat)... aucun numéro de tel et aucune réponse!

What a wonderful Christmas gift for both me and my dad! Thank you for the fantastic magnet gift box my father loved the Harris Tweed hat and everything else. What more could a son ask for from his amazing father? Coming back for more colours soon. Thank you!
Navy Suffolk Fedora is Perfect
The Navy Suffolk Fedora is absolutely stunning. The feathers are lush and vibrant, beautifully contrasting with the navy. It comes perfectly packaged in a lovely box. I’ll definitely buy it again in a different color. It makes an ideal Christmas gift for my sister!
Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. Hats are terrific. My college aged sons absolutely loved and now all their friends want a paperboy cap as well! Great material and overall a great experience.
Can’t get hold of them
First I had to wait for more than a month to receive my shipment, writing emails to ask for tracking or any kind of info regarding my order, all emails were ignored. Finally I revived the parcel, only to find out that one of the hats I ordered and paid for was missing. I am still writing to Bullangic “info” and “sales” emails requesting either to receive a reimbursement or get the hat I haven’t received yet, and of course NO ONE IS ANSWERING.
I’m deeply disappointed and will keep pushing to get my money back even if I have to travel to London myself.
The hats are great and the quality aswell but the lack of communication with their clients is amazing…
Avoid them at all costs, complete incompetence, zero customer service
I ordered 4 hats from them. Once I received them I noticed there were only 3 hats in the box, one was an incorrect item. I emailed them immediately (they don't have a phone number because why would they?) letting them know their mistake and making the point that it's urgent as they're meant to be gifts and I'm leaving the country very soon. They actually responded at this point telling me that they were going to send me a replacement one. Not 2 that they owed me, but one. Clearly they didn't even look at the order or read my email properly, they just sent me another one of the same hat I never ordered. I mailed them again twice since then, they couldn't even bother to reply. Absolute disgrace, completely ruined the gift for someone who was very much looking forward to those hats as they're not available in his country. Now as my only option I reported the transaction to my bank to try to get my money back, will try to report them to some sort of authorities too.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No order confirmation, zero communication on status, and multiple ignored emails. No phone number or chat option available.
If I don’t get an update this weekend I’ll be flagging it as fraudulent transaction and initiating a dispute with PayPal.

No customer service at all. I received (quickly enough) a hat that was too big unfortunately. I have been chasing them via email for a return address to exchange the hat but they do not reply. They don't have a telephone number listed. I am thinking the website/company is a front for a Chinese company.
