This website is insanely hard to…
This website is insanely hard to navigate, not user friendly at all and is an eye sore. I attempted to buy some tickets and wanted to read the description but couldn't get past the 10 mile list of instant wins. They don't show the number of tickets available as far as i can see. Just not a good experience whilst using the site.

We are aware our website needs a refurb which is why we have been working very hard on our new site which goes live in two weeks :)
We are so glad you made us aware of there being too maany instant wins. On your reeccomendation we have decided to only give 1 instant win away with competitions moving forward. Means much less prizes for you to win but less for you to read.
I understand the site is not user friendly. It is very difficult to click on the competition you want, answer the question, add to basket and checkout. This all being said with the comment of not showing tickets available, we feel this experience is more user error than an issue with our site especially seen as on the homepage every single competition says how many tickets are sold and how many are available as well as being there when you click on the desired competition.

Bit confused as to your issues here Richard
Firstly our website on test is 1.17 second load and response time. If you have external factors that slow your web pages down I can not control that.
As for a new website team, I am thankful for your opinion but the team is currently making a new site that launches this month and I am quite happy with them.
As for discount codes, why should we have discount codes?? We have instant wins, free shiny ticket wins on every competition, free winners for above and below on every competition, free competitons. Cashback on every purchase that allows you to use the credit to buy more tickets. We feel we give enough free bonuses not to have to do discounts.
And as for discord. We don't have a discord and haven't for nearly 2 years. You'll find our lives and private facebook group is very active and full of friendly people posting and chatting all day everyday.

What a fantastic experience I have had…
What a fantastic experience I have had with Bullpen Comps so far. Only on my second occasion playing I was lucky enough to win a really nice and expensive watch, the odds were brilliant but playing wasn’t just the best part. The contact I had from Matt was immediate, friendly and helpful and then once decided, my prize was with me the following day. No fuss.
The range of prizes is great, the prices really fair and the odds couldn’t be better.
