Missing you guys, love the food, shame you dont deliver to my area.

The Lobster rolls are sooooo good!

Being no strangers to trying new restaurants in and around Cambridge, we were excited at the prospect of sampling Burger & Lobster via Deliveroo (due to lockdown), particularly as lobster is one of my favorite dishes. What arrived fell well short of our expectations, a sloppily cooked, tiny half lobster containing less meat than most prawns; along with a second rate tasteless beef burger in a stale bun; the chips were ghastly too. The whole meal looked like it had cooked some hours ago and re-heated just before delivery. Furthermore, the meal was unable to satisfy either of our appetites. At an exorbitant £50 this was completely and utterly unacceptable and we will never be returning or ordering from Deliveroo.
I can honestly say that the burgers and chips served at McDonalds or Burger King are vastly superior in every respect.

Amazing food but still very expensive! I haven't been lately to be honest but the brand of this restaurant has been so attractive. You have to try this for sure if you are a tourist. Not so much for people who live around there.

I got food poisoning from the Mayfair near green park burger and Lobster , Central London.
On the 12th August 2020. They never cared nor did they except responsibility.
It was extremely hot 🥵 that day and there lobster 🦞 was gone off!! I was very shocked at there terrible behaviour as I’ve been eating at burger and Lobster 8-9 years and has celebrated two of my kids birthdays at the angel restaurant and at my local one that is Canary Wharf and I’ve been to the Mayfair before but I only went that day because we was out shopping and I had just come off my fast so it was my first meal since I had been fasting.
I was extremely ill from the food poisoning.

Food very good, however, we have been billed unfairly. Bill was £88.31, waiter Martuski came and we asked to split in two for an amount of £44.16 (already rounded up). Waiter charged us £44.20 each and we realised so after. It is not for the 4 pence more, it is for the principle of been fair toward the customer since we already paid an OPTIONAL SERVICE CHARGE of £9.81.
We are in the middle of a pandemic and it is not nice to try to fool other people!

Good food and service. The menu is particular so I can taste different food

Four of us booked a table at the Mayfair branch. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who took us straight to our table and introduced us to our waitress Anna. Not only was the food incredible, but the service was outstanding. I have eaten there on many occasions, but they made this an exceptionally special evening. Thank you Bruno for the dessert which we all enjoyed!

Perhaps one of the best lobster/burger places in town. Be sure to try the lobster sub and beef burger.

Food is good but the one I went to in Soho the other day had some really shoddy service. Suggest they look to hire some more staff...

I have been going to burger and lobster since they have opened, and have visited almost every establishment. Great food, service and atmosphere. I really can't find a better combination!

Visited Leicester Square, food was lovely, the only disappointing thing was that I emailed to say it was my son’s birthday, they acknowledged this and said that we would get a dessert and a happy birthday, neither happened , realty disappointing as we travelled a long way

Visited the threadneedle location. The place is spacious, I enjoyed dining upstrairs. My only complaint is the slow service. The servers were extremely nice, so that made up for it. I was super hungry and wish I wouldve gotten my food quicker though

Awesome place, came here with my team, we spent the night away together, one of the most memorable moments.

I really liked the food, as I just love lobster, but the service really need an improvement. I literally waited 30 minutes so someone could give me the bill.

We visited your Canary Wharf today (Sunday) and had probably the worse service we could have expected.

On entering the near empty restaurant we asked could we sit at a table one up from that we were offered.

We were told no, as the table wasn't set, ie a knapkin and cutlery couldn't be placed there.

Some time after placing our order, we had to chase staff to get our wine and water. A printer problem apparently was the reason why we hadn't received our order, although its not rocket science in an empty restaurant for the waitress not to see we hadn't received our drinks.

Then our food was delivered, and the fries with my meal were so salty, I left them, and the salad was disgusting. No one asked when collecting our plates if anything was wrong with the meal.

In addition, my partner wasn't even provided with an apron to eat her lobster. We couldn't bother chasing something else.

Finally, I had to chase the bill, by going up to the counter at the entrance, where staff were busy lifting one another up in games, and other staff were busy chatting up the cooks in the kitchen.

The "manager" seemed to think she was doing me a favour when I asked for the service charge to be removed, and offered to get your GM to contact me if I left my address.

This restaurant is run like a playground for the benefit of staff. Total shambles.

The mayfair branch is the best for sure . Cheers
