Busbank situated in Ottawa did not meet our expectations. While we arrived at our destination and returned safely, the vehicle provided was not what we had reserved. We had specifically booked a mini bus; however, the bus that arrived was a large white vehicle that did not match what we selected at the time of booking.

As the person responsible for organizing this transportation, this discrepancy was disappointing and placed me in an uncomfortable position with our team. We expected the service and vehicle to align with what had been confirmed.

I shared this feedback with Busbank, but after several weeks, the response I received was: “It looks like the other mini bus was assigned in order to add flexibility with that day’s schedule.” This response did not acknowledge the issue, nor did it include an apology or any form of compensation.

Given this experience, we will not be using Busbank’s services again.

Kayla was extremely helpful from booking to day of the event. Each of the drivers was extremely professional and early which was a dream. All of our attendees only had the best things to say about Miss Quinn too. The drivers were fantastic and flexible and we would absolutely work with BusBank again!

Kayla was amazing to work with. From the start of the process through the end, everything was seamless and smooth. Kayla was very quick to respond and also made every attempt to ensure that any adjustments we made were captured and handled accordingly. We had three different legs of transportation needs all at different times. Everything was a breeze. Kayla Dorrans was an amazing help during the whole reservation process and was able to guide us well, as it was our first time using charter services. We exchanged many emails and she even makes sure to book a call with you and go over any of your questions/concerns. The day of, the mini-bus was exactly what we were expecting and the driver was very professional throughout the whole day. I would 100% reccomend using BusBank.
