Businessmagnet Reviews

Ellen and the team have always done a great job looking after us for many years.

Justin has been most helpful with the setting up of our account and content.

We're experiencing a good level of interest !

Excellent platform advertising company product and services. They also support from a social media perspective.

Been with Business magnet for a while now, always very professional and helpful, quick turnaround when updating information and pricing stayed very competitive over the years.

We have found our enquiries to have gone "through the roof" since signing up with Business Magnet. Our account manager Michael Whitehouse, has been extremely helpful throughout. Providing detailed information in a digestible manner but also understanding when we're busy and allows us time and space when needed.

Great service from Business Magnet, Justin is very helpful always keeps in contact and offers us information relative to our business. When we compared the directory service to other directory companies, they have proven to be more effective, as we can reach a higher google rank through them. We have been customers of Business Magnet for six years and will continue to use them in the future.

I can highly recommend Business Magnet and especially our account contact Kevin Murtagh. So helpful for advice and recommendations to get the best out of our advertisement and listings

We started with one business magnet advert a couple of years ago, and since seeing the success of this page, we've added three more pages for other companies in our group - and we're looking to add at even more!

Business Magnet do all the hard work for us. They create fantastic pages with great content, and send us regular reports and recommendations on how to get the most out of the service. The level of communication is amazing and they're always happy to help at a moment's notice. No sales patter - just excellent customer service!

It's been such a pleasure dealing with Business Magnet, particularly Micheal Whitehouse, who now just feels like one of my colleagues.

We've been delighted with everything Business Magnet have done for us, and especially delighted with the (almost unbelievable) value for money. Don't waste your money on Google Ads, just go for Business Magnet!

Alway a pleasure to deal with very friendly staff that alway go that extra mile. Would highly recommend.

We've used business magnet for about 5 years now. Great quality service and hassle free, a lot of help getting setup with our premium advert, and very good quality links that help SEO for our own website. Easy to setup and use their online advert manager. no issues whatsoever to date.

Brilliant service and a great tool to help get your business noticed.

Was a bit sceptical when I first got a call from Businessmagnet after adding a free page. Clearly I had no need to be as the advert I opted for has worked really well. The staff are all helpful; definitely a well ran business. I rank well for at least five of my main services as a result and am 100% confident that what is being provided is effective. I’ve renewed for a number of years now and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Quick and reactive.
Mike is a great guy!

We signed up to use Business Magnate for a few reasons, not only were we promised a great link, but Ash Hendry presented me with averages saying that he expects to provide us this and more as a dedicated manager will personally be with us. He also alluded to leads coming our way on a monthly basis. I stopped DD after warning that we were not happy with the service - now I understand my obligations but for the sake of £30, getting a call from Ash saying we have a contract and he never guaranteed anything felt highly pre-emptive and just demonstrated that he knew / Business Magnate knew what they were doing from the start. As a business operation I know my obligations and don’t mind taking a risk however getting an almost threatening/self justifying phone call saying we must live up to our obligations and that he never promised anything just shows what this is actually about - not our success as they portray. It is a shame as the result may have been different should he have admitted to the fact that his statements did not meet the outcome. 2 leads in 6 months that never called me back and 50-100 clicks. Over sold, under delivered and nothing short of awful service rectifying the situation. Thanks.

I have been with Business Magnet for many years. It is has helped my ranking online and drove customers to my website.
The staff are lovely to work with and offer great support.

So pleased with the service so far. Well ahead of anything else available and glad I'd acted on a friends recommendation who's been advertising with them for 6 years. The account manager is switched on and very helpful.

Excellent service,
Good ratings,
Great presentation

Bussinessmagnet provide a very professional and thorough service. We recently purchased two pages to differentiate our cutting services across, and within 3-4 working days they had been indexed by google and appearing on the first page of dozens of google searches. Our account manager, Justin, is extremely professional and always willing to walk through what work is being done for you. His communication and guidance on the entire process has been second to none. We cannot recommend their service enough.

Very pleased with the service and Ashley. Keep the good work up
